Best message I've ever had. It took a while to fine a message therapist but it was worth the wait.

Just yesterday I visited P & S Massage again. YoYo and Angela are fantastic and the massage given…read moreis always exceptional. The training and technique here is excellent. Their shop is the cleanest in town. Detail exactly where you need care and they will effectively deliver and beyond, I have had professional massages regularly for over 10 years. Weird and disappointing experience. While it was easy to get an appointment and the inside is clean…read moreand attractive, the Chinese massage lady was strange and distracted, which made it impossible to relax. The first hour was okay, massage wise (minus the excessive stroking down my back and butt), and she convinced me to do another 30 minutes. That's where is went strange. She was massaging my legs while constantly looking for different spa music on her phone. She would find Chinese music while going over and over on the same leg and then find something she liked and watch whatever it was on her phone screen. Huh?? At one point, she glanced over to see if I saw her. The music was orchestra like and not relaxing and then singing in Chinese. At this point, I wanted to get off the table early and check out of there. She never finished the full body massage because she was so distracted with her phone. I've never experienced anything like it. When I went to pay, she tried to tack on another $4 for something I couldn't understand and I refused 3 times to which she could see I wasn't budging. I'm mad at myself for leaving a tip for what was weird and not relaxing. And much of it hurt because I could tell she didn't have good technique and rhythm (I've had many a deep tissue massage in my day and nothing has ever hurt like this one.). She's can't speak intelligible English (or acts like she can't), so I hoped that almost everything she mumbled the whole time, which was a lot, was for my good. I just said ahha, okay, etc. $94 wasted. Don't do it.

Purchased a Groupon online for $30, it was for a value of $100 foot massage and eye mask,…read morerelaxation. Originally was supposed to be at a different location, but since the other location was still new, they honored our voucher at this location since it's the same owner. First time at this location, it's very cute and peaceful when you walk inside. Lobby was cozy, we were offered hot tea. Unfortunately, one of our little tea cups did not look washed because there was red lipstick on it. So we didn't try it lol. We had a 12 o'clock noon appointment however one of the masseuse were running late so we did not get started until 1210, which we did not mind, but you can tell they felt rushed and was trying to get us quickly started once he arrived. There was two of us so they put us in the same room for the foot massage. The actual table look like a massage table however, the bottom half you stick your feet inside a detachable tub that was hot water mixed with their products. Despite the voucher being a foot massage, they primarily focused on your feet however, they did massage a bit of our arms, head and back. Honestly, I have the masseuse that was running late. When he massaged my head. All I can smell was cigarettes. It actually gave me a headache. I think it was just my luck with him though. The foot massage part was really nice. I think for $30 this is worth it. But I truly am just somebody who would prefer a full body massage. I would come back again to try their full body massage. If I had another $30 voucher for the same thing, I'd probably do it again too.

Hands down most disrespectful experience I've had with a masseuse. Firstly, my friend bought me a…read more90 minute as a gift. They called, set up the appointment and explained in advance when they set up the appointment that I would be redeeming it. She said no problem, and just verify with their phone number. Next I proceed to the 3:00 appointment, and when I walk in she said she put down 3:30, and would I wait. Not great, but ok. I get to my room and wait. She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time I'm contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although I'm displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says "ugh you're costing me money!" Honestly I was so stunned I didn't have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.
