She doesn't know how to run insurance, do billing correctly, nor her job overall it seems like. My insurance coverage changed because their company policy changed, the secretary did NOT say anything. Next think I know, she tells me I have a balance of $600+ and that I can't come back until it's paid off!!!! Her only excuse is "it declined," when in fact, the bank reassured us physically and multiple times, that there was indeed more than enough funds. She then sent it to collections and collections actually ended up sending it back because payments were already agreed to and processed. Proof she can't do her job correctly. When I returned today to become a client again, this office secretary told me she didn't know if Christine would take me back as a client because of the problems "we" had last time, that nothing happened was and is ever her fault; word for word she said that. I told her I wasn't going to come back and that it was because of her, so she hung up on me!!!!! SO RUDE. I called back and left message, there is proof time and time again that the bitch behind the desk is the sole reason and purpose that the turnover rate is so high there. Don't go here unless you want to deal with a arrogant narcissist bitch behind a desk. It's really a shame that the secretary can NOT do her job AT ALL.
