My daughter had an appointment today at 9:20am. We waited in the waiting room for over an hour…read morebefore I asked how much longer the wait would be. Multiple other children went back who arrived after me, which was frustrating. I was told by the front office staff that I was welcome to reschedule my appointment, after waiting an hour with my toddler and newborn, or I could wait, but they did not know how long it would be. I waited another 30 minutes with literal tears streaming down my face as I'm rocking my screaming newborn who's literally starving because she doesn't have any milk due to the long wait time. I was offered formula from the back, which is actually a kind offer, however my child doesn't take that formula. I never imagined the wait would be that long and I would need a second bottle. Multiple sick children came in and were coughing and sneezing in the tiny, and albeit dirty, waiting room. There is no separate area for well kids/people to sit so you are forced to share space with unwell children as well, which is not common in practices now days. I was very excited about finding this practice because it's closer to my home and also my younger daughter had her visit there the day before and the wait time was under 10 minutes. I was shocked with the outcome of today's events, especially since there was no explanation other than "we have multiple bookings to fit everyone in". I don't feel it's fair for me and my toddler and infant to sit waiting for 1.5 hours for providers to double book themselves. I will be reaching out to management to see how this can be rectified to not happen again. My review is edited to show my experience and will be updated after speaking with management.

She provides services for several of my family members. We have been going to her for years.The office staff do a fantastic job also. If I need anything they are right on top of things. I happy they are here for the community.
