With the everchanging landscape of COVID, Elicia was truly patient and understanding as we went from our original date of April 2020... and three date changes later to August 2021. On our phone calls, she got to know our style and envision for the day and provide insightful feedback on what would make these photos shine as well as highlight things we haven't considered. You can see and hear the passion Elicia has as a photographer. She also was great with looking up locations and sun rise/set times to ensure that we had the best conditions. Elicia was crucial in helping set up the timeline for the wedding day so we could get pictures as well as not feel so rushed going from one event to another. Additionally, when things shifted, she without any hesitation rolled with it. She truly makes you feel grounded when things are going a mile a minute during the wedding day! With the exception of my choice of groom, choosing Elicia as my photographer was the best decision of the day. First and foremost, Elicia's work is gorgeous and absolutely speaks for itself. Each shot is like a work of art. I have never been one to frame photos but I can't imagine not displaying her work on my walls. One of the many things I love about Elicia as a photographer is she doesn't try to stage you using those "standard wedding poses." She will direct you to a spot with amazing light, give you some posing "tips," step back and then just let you and your partner be yourselves. The results are photos that are insanely beautiful but also reflect the couple you are. In addition to being extremely talented, Elicia is the sweetest person! She brought a calming energy to the entire day and I will forever be thankful. It was an absolute joy to have her with me on my wedding day and I can't recommend her enough!

My company worked with Zach on headshots . He was given specifics and images of exactly what was…read morerequired . In addition to emails and pictures I told him before beginning my shoot that my company was very picky and needed images to be exactly like the examples provided. They were not even close and were rejected. He then went back and edited them , again not what I said was needed. His written response was to have our in house photographer attempt to correct them. We have had to use another photographer. He is now refusing to refund the money paid to him! He's saying all shoots are for services rendered , however there is no contract stating that. Stay away from this person! He is now offering a reshoot but knows , based on written documentation that we are past our deadline and cannot do reshoots . He is also saying there was a breakdown in communication prior to the shoot which can be proven incorrect, again with written documents.
