However, on multiple occasions, including today, I've arrived just after 8 am only to find the store still closed. This inconsistency is disappointing, not just for me but for the others I've seen arrive with similar expectations. My suggestion would be for the business to either update their opening hours or refrain from advertising an early opening time they can't consistently uphold. Even after the store clerk realizing he had customers waiting in the parking lot not even a "hey guys sorry for the delay..." or eye contact.
