Been going here for the several months for vape pods, coils and juice and never had any issues. Dudes working there are super chill and they always have what I need in stock. They've got a wider selection than a lot of the places in Logan Square and with Vape Daze on Belden essentially never open anymore, this is the only place I'll spend money at..... Tonight, they accidentally sold me an expired vape juice that tasted off. They replaced that for me with a new bottle and gave me a free coil for my trouble. I went in to buy some coils today with a friend, my friend asked for the coils he wanted. The guy walked to the back (10 feet) and got my friends coils. I had not decided how many or what ohms I wanted, since I had just been informed of the price. So when he walked back out I told him I would like the same thing. The guy acted like I had just offended him deeply by rolling his eyes and giving me a death stare. So I left without buying the coils. read more

I love this place. First of all it's a very convenient location with a parking lot which is always good. The shop is huge with a great selection of glass and several other pieces to choose from. I lost my vape pen on NYE and sure enough they were open on NY day so I could buy a new one. The staff is always friendly and the let me bring my (very well behaved) dogs in. Last time I was in Johnny spent a half hour helping me fix my favorite lighter. If you're in Logan Square you should definitely visit this smoke shop! read more

This place is great ! The people are extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They have an extensive collection of paraphernalia among other things ...and prices are clearly marked in their glass display cases.The three people that have helped me are extremely nice and always ready and willing. The main plus is the fact that they always have parking.... they have their own private parking lot which is extremely convenient ...I love it! I've visited this shop a few times and even had friends drop a lot of dough here, but it's all purely based on the location alone. I've never had a wonderful experience here and never really left wanting to go back. The place is called Z Smoke Shop, not sure why the name isn't correct on here but "Z" is exactly what I would rate this place. I purchased a vape battery from here a little over a month ago. I opted for the step up from the basic battery. The owner suggested one where the cart is held inside "in case you drop it, it won't break." I stuck with the basic button pull one. Literally on the way home it stopped working. A week later I went in and the guy behind the counter looked at it and gave me a replacement. He said they shouldn't break like that "but one out of three does." Such reassurance. Now a little over a month later after some pretty basic use, it stopped working again. I went in and explained the situation to the owner and he immediately asked for a receipt. I showed him the notification on my phone which he looked at but basically shrugged it off and offered no help, he said it's been over a month. I told him technically not if I had to get a new one less than a month ago, to which he added "Well we already gave you a new one!" Thank god I didn't get the one that he thought could withstand a drop to the ground. I asked him if he stands by his products, even for a repeat customer who has brought in plenty of business and he said "No, they're mass produced" aka cheap. Dude had a pretty garbage attitude the whole time as did I back, it's a bummer that a smoke shop in a pretty good location has to be terrible. I threw the battery out in the garbage behind the counter but I'm sure he sifted through the trash to resell it since he said "it looks like it's working." Stay away!! There are many better places in the city with staff who care about their customers. Places like this make me hope the internet swallow them whole. read more
