More than once they said I had not made a reservation, then suddenly discovered that their dispatcher had canceled my booking. I made a reservation last night for a pick-up at 7:05 this morning and verified it twice with the person who answered the phone. I waited at the door from 6:50 to 7:30; no one came or called.

Then he got angry with me and said, "Yes! That's how much it cost! This isn't New York! We're not a shuttle service!" I just told him to have a nice day and politely hung up. First, I was just curious about the price and saw a flyer card at a local business for Let's Go Transportation so I thought I would try your services. But now I could care less. Second, I didn't need to be yelled at. I'm a college graduate and in upper management myself. I would never treat my customers like that. After my experience, I would NOT recommend this company.
