We had a mixup with our reservation and check out time, and this woman yelled at myself and family members separately over the phone, and lectured me on how my behavior was unacceptable. It clearly was not the end of the world as she was able to relocate the group that was supposed to take my spot to one out of many empty spots in the lot .Ma'am you manage a gravel parking lot, your position could not be more meaningless. I was absolutely appalled when I got off the phone with this woman. An insult to humanity. What an unbearable existence this woman must endure everyday to lecture and scream at adults over a miscommunication. She demanded to meet me in person to "decide if I could stay" after I made it clear that I was not interested. When we arrived at Moore's, no one was in the office to help us and no one answered the phone number shown there. The person I'd spoken with did call back after a few minutes. She told us a space for one night would be $70, and that there was a $10 fee for each of our dogs. We had just paid $70 in Durango for a nice space the previous evening, with *no* dog fee. And that was in Durango, with all its restaurant options and hiking, plus beautiful views of the mountains. But $90 total in Bloomfield? Midweek? In the winter low season? Really? I don't know what the (relatively new) owner is thinking here. Yes, hotels charge a pet fee for room and furnishings wear and tear. But we're staying in our own RV, and we pick up after our dogs, so there isn't any wear and tear. Nope, not doing it. There are many other choices in the Bloomfield-Farmington area, so we went somewhere else. And we won't be returning to Moore's again.

Can't wait to go back up there - especially after Don pointing out some great areas to wade as well. Something else worth noting - we ran into other guides as well and they too were all friendly and courteous to each other and their fishermen. Called the fly shop to make reservations for two guides with two boats to fly fish below the Navajo dam. We ended up with two top notch guides with their boats. Still not able to see the sign, I drove down a long trail to the rustic looking Silver River Inn B & B. I was warmly greeted by the host and escorted to my room. For the three days I was there, I was never asked for proof of Covid vaccination, also didn't see or hear anything about a spa. Breakfast was served to me in my room, Covid precaution. I was very disappointed in breakfast. Coffee and a muffin, that's it. For the prime price that was charged, I thought something more substantial would be served for breakfast. I'm not fond of anything made with goat but that was never a consideration from the host. The room has lots of windows but the river was barely seen. There's an embankment with shrubs and trees that block the view. The small room had 3 doors, was comfortable and well equipped with wifi (don't know how good it is since I used my cellular data), a room heater (kept the room warm in chilly October), fridge, microwave, utensils, 2 plates, 2 bowls, and 2 cups. A small seat was in the room but it was so hard it would be impossible to sit on it for any length of time. There is a private bathroom with full shower & hot water, another small heater, lots of washcloths, a hand towel, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, a tiny square of soap and ONE bath towel. I felt the need to wear my flip flops in the shower. I received a text and voicemail wanting to know my arrival time. I didn't respond because I was driving. When I could check my phone (upon my arrival) I responded. The host was kind and understanding. I also sent 2 texts to the host during my stay, both unanswered. Everything is organic or as close to organic as possible. That's cool! There's no TV, not even a radio. You have to provide your own entertainment. I was scheduled to check out the following morning but left early due to frustration, boredom, and poor amenities. I will not return to Silver River Adobe Inn B & B. It's not a B&B and It's not worth the money $$$. Read ALL the reviews before booking! All in all, the fee is for nothing more than a place tp sleep. My wallet is screaming, RIP OFF!!!

Some permanent residents there, but the park is clean and peaceful. Highly recommend, we would stay there again!
