I went to this location with my mom and aunt. I did a fill that turned out great but I now have a cut under my thumb and have to worry because I am diabetic. My mom and aunt had pedis and they felt the techs were rude and didn't take a lot of care of how they did the work. My aunt was burned by the wax on her feet. When we got home she found that one of her little toe nails were not painted at all. My mom found that she had smudges and that the polish didn't cover all of her nails on several toes. My mom was a client here several years ago and expected to have the same service she used to receive but will not be going back. We ended up spending almost $200 and didn't feel the service or attitude were up to par. read more

The ladies are nice but it has to have been the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. I had to cut the corners of my toenails the next day because they were so sharp I was afraid they would slash an artery! It didn't help that my pedi was only about 15 minutes. My mani wasn't good, either--my nails were different lengths--some much too short. Ugh. I was weary of this place because of the negative reviews but I'm glad I finally gave them a shot. Very happy with the service I received. I got a gel fill and gel pedicure and she did a great job. Very thorough and paid attention to detail. Probably my best set I've had in a while, I've been to a lot of places in and around the area. They were busy the whole time too, had many people coming in with appointments so that tells me they are a hidden gem. Give them a try for sure if you haven't. I love this place! This is my new nail place moving into this area. I've been in the area for about 2 years and have been trying to find a good nail place. I've tried about 4 or 5 others in the area and have run across one or two that were good but too high priced. This place is fair, affordable,clean, friendly, and did a great job. This will be my new place in this area for as long as I'm here Love the ladies and recommend going here to everyone that asks. If I could no stars or negative stars I would. Do not waist your time or money. The technician burned me with a file then took the drill and as I said ouch and pulled my hand back she said "no no" and pulled my hand back to her angrily. I was bleeding and she kept going. My nails looked like still needed a fill, the lines were uneven. Then the pain job (insert eye roll) a toddler could have done the same. It was on my skin, uneven and ended up peeling off less than 24 hours later. Most of my nails have jagged edges, excess acrylic land they are crooked. I can not stress enough. DO NOT GO HERE. As I was having my nails done they took at least 5 people stacked on top of each other and claimed 5 minutes. None of the started until about 20 minutes later then a scheduled appointment came in and they told her she'd have to wait. Horrible ! read more

If it was possible to leave less than one star I would. Nail tech had a attitude issue, overfiled nails, could not count back our money correctly and ended up rounding up our total. They were not very friendly and it took 3 hours for 3 sets of acrylics to be completed. Would not go back. read more

Where to start... I went in to get a full set and my eyebrows done I wanted GEL and she talked me into doing the dipping powder which was fine I've never done it before you're going to be fun my nails were crooked, cut uneven, when she was cleaning up my nails she also ground the sander in to my fingers, still see-through, happing holes where she did not put enough powder...she then went back to do my eyebrows she did not blow off the wax put it directly onto my skin and burnt me then she asked to do my lip I said no I'm good she replied "hunny you definitely need it" how much more rude and unprofessional can someone be she then asked me to tip her I have been going here for a while and I'm sad to say I don't think I'll be going back . read more

KB Nails has always been my favorite nail salon, they are open 7 days a week. The nail technicians really get to know you and have good conversations with you. They are probably some of the most hard working people and it's sad to see people complain when they are short on staff and become very busy. Best pedicure in Lewis County. I have been going for years and never an issue. I go every 2 weeks and they take care of me each time!

First time visiting this nail salon. I was in Chehalis and just wanted a manicure. Salon was clean, but that is about the only good. I chose a dark mauve/brown color. Once the color was on, the nail artist started with the top coat. The clear top coat had lots of red nail polish around the top of the container, and once the lady started putting it on my nails I noticed that my nails had red stripes on them. I pointed it out and she just kept going. I had to show her 3 times before she stopped and got out the polish remover to fix it. I went to pay. A manicure costs $14, but after she ran my card my receipt said $26. She tried to charge me for getting a gel manicure. Sneaky. The owner gave me back the $12 difference in cash. Just got home and noticed that underneath my fingernails there is smudged nail polish. I will never be back and hopefully you won't go there either. read more

I was a little nervous reading all of the reviews and making my appointment, but was pleasantly surprised. I have recently moved into the area and have been looking for a new nail tech and salon. I've tried 2 other places with no luck. They were clean, efficient and spoke English well. I would suggest to make an appointment as they were pretty busy, even for a Tuesday afternoon. I spoke about their negative Yelp reviews and they were aware, but wanted to stress to me that they had been under new ownership and was very happy with new management. Worst service ever! I called and asked for 2 spots to get Pedicures. They said they had spots open at 6. I was left in a soaking tub with cold water while my friend got her pedicure. Then they moved on to me and left her with a cold towel and was on her feet. Then we didn't realize it was $65 for the same thing we normally pay $45 at any other salon! $65 wow! Update: I've had my nails on for a week and it has become very apparent that the acrylic was done uneven (especially on pointer finger) and I can see a lot of air pockets. I've seen others nails that look great from here but I'm wondering if in her haste to get it done quickly since they were getting busy caused her to go too fast and make mistakes. read more

I made an Yelp account just so I could write this review. While I was receiving a gel manicure the nail technician cut into my thumb to the point where I was bleeding. She could tell she was hurting me and continued to be rough. The next day my gel polish lifted and fell off. My thumb pictured attach is swollen and sore. The tipping point to why I would even write a review is I went back in to see if I could at least get my nail fixed by a different lady and she stated that I needed an appointment for the next day. I tried to explain what had happened and she completely ignored me. I understand that people are busy, but at least fix a bad service. read more

This is the WORST nail Salon in Chehalis, Centralia ,WA area. I have been overcharged, I have spent a lot of money on Gel for the New Years Day and the finger nails color was chipped before the NYDay was over. I have also showed up before the closing time with 40 minutes to spare, time enough for a quick pedi but they were closed. Last time, I was told I could put on my shoes and leave. When I got home, the nail polish was smeered on my big toes. Today, I thought I would tell the manager...maybe she would look into it. Rather, she made excuses for her coworker, and not only insinuated, but expressly blamed myself for all these issues.If you can believe that! I have always been a quiet customer. Wanted my quiet time and massage chair after a long day. But thinking I could express these concerns to the manager in a mature way.... well, all she did was act like a teenager, saying it was most likely my fault... somehow. I decided I was through... I took my feet out of the water, and grabbed my shoes and socks and walked to the front of the store. Obviously I was through with them. Then, get this, the manager still tried to make things look like it was my own fault ....she said she was calling 911 and she did. Imagine my surprise! I was nearly shoed by that time, and left. As I was going out the doorI heard her tell the police that I would not leave, and she watched as I went to my car which was parked just in front of the store. She gave them my license plate, I assume. A very sad situation. A woman who was desperate to make things look like someone elses fault to the point of Abusing the 911 services . Whoever owns this shop, should investigate. The shop has also looked more and more run down. Less and less polishes on the shelves, less colors, and I think they are 'watered down'. I heard one, the assistant manager I think, tell a woman who had for gift cirtificates that they did not have time to do the 4 that evening. It was the girls birthday nail party, and the woman expressed that when the certificates were bought. No one told her she needed to make an appointment. And when they came in , they were told they should have made an appointment. It appears this shop would love to just get their hands on your money, with absolutely no responsibility to anything else. I would fire the two ladies in charge, if I was the owner. Negative stars.....Do not go there... you will be sorry. read more

I have been here several times and been disappointed every time. Needless to say this is my last visit. They have hours posted at 9:30am and show up when they feel like it. Today, I arrived at 9:30, waited until just after 10, 2 people jumped in ahead of me. When I walked in the door the woman was rude and said I could sit and wait. She also didn't remove my nail polish all the way so you could see the bright pink through the blue that I got.
