I got my nails done here for prom and that went exceptionally well! When they removed the nails, however, the lady shaved into my real nails so I had a big indent in the middle of my nail. I am leaving for Florida in 2 days and I wanted my nails done. I got them done 2 days ago, and one of the nails already fell off... I'm not happy and I am going there today for them to fix my whole set because after inspection, the rest don't look good, either. I really liked this place for only going there once, and I want to come back, but I don't want to pay that much money for that quality. read more

I normally like this place!! But today I had a whole pedicure within 30 minutes! That's with soaking the feet and all! No cuticle remover done on first foot, only done on second foot because I said something. I thought maybe she would go back and do first one right. Nope. My 9 year old can rub my legs better than she did. It was so FAST and no care about actually giving a good pedicure. Awful!! I changed to regular polish last minute because don't want to pay for gel when I feel like I'll need to get a "real" pedicure by tomorrow! No sense in paying for gel! read more

I am from out of town and I went here based on a recommendation from the hotel staff. It turns out even though it looks like an average Salon it is very high quality. I got a beautiful gel manicure and an eye brow wax for $35 and they both were very worth it. Very tentative staff! And I highly recommend this place! read more

Staff was attentive and treated us all great. I was a bit surprised when it came time to pay though. We were charged $65 for each little girl who got a mani pedi done. We tried giving this place a second chance. Scheduled an appointment at 5 for two pedicures, two manicures and one wax. This time the owner forgot to write us in the book and double booked us with three other people. We were able to get our pedicures and my mom her manicure but left after that. The owner said that she will give the other group their pedicures and then come back to us. We were going to wait a bit but noticed it would take longer because she would stop halfway with them only to talk to them. I love this salon. They always do exactly what I ask for and my nails always look so nice. I get gel manicures and it lasts so much longer than other places I've been to. I never have a problem with them peeling or ruining my nails. And every time I bring a picture of a design I want they do exactly like the picture. They are always friendly and I recommend them to al my friends. I've also had my eyebrows waxed here and am very happy with the results every time. This business was recommended by my fiancée's Mom. She told me that's the only place she gets her nails done. The girl I made my appointment with was running a bit late. And they prepped me for her while I waited. Of all the places I have had my nails done, this place was hands down the best place I've been to to have my mani/pedi. I'm very happy. She listened to what I wanted to have done and did an excellent job. Even though I live an hour south of this business, when I come up I will have my nails done here from now on. read more

This place is awful! I should have walked out the minute I stepped in the door! The whole place just appeared to be run down and dirty. My daughter wanted to get her nails done so I decided to get a pedicure. The guy barely trimmed my nails; didn't do anything with my cuticles; didn't scrub the bottom of my feet. He literally trimmed my nails with household toenail clippers and painted my nails. I had polish all over my toes. For $25, I can do a better job at home. read more

I'm not one to complain on here but I got my nails done monday (11-11-18) at Pema nails in chehalis. They were uneven and one of the nails had a weird ridge. I didnt want to go in and get it repainted when I go to beauty school. We went to remove the polish today (11-17-18) filed off the clear top coat and used polish remover. The amount of acrylic used was so little my nails dissolved and broke off. ( in pics) went to prima to try and get them fixed. They said for another $35+ even though I paid $45 on Monday. Saying you can't touch anything with fake nails, any polish removers or even cleaners and it was all my fault. Unless my nail comes off completely if anything happens to your nail when you leave it's the customers fault. read more

I asked if she could make sure it was clear acrylic powder and just to use a light glitter for the accent nails in the middle, she then proceeded with the statement "oh honey I'm a professional I know how to do it." I let her preform her services mind you I paid 60$ because my nails are considered "long." 25$ for a pedicure that whoever did it used nippers to cut my nails all the way across causing pain. (mind you using nippers to cut nails is not allowed in nail salons they're or grooming cuticles and hangnails.) I'm dissatisfied and disappointed in this business if I make an appointment and scheduled I expect to be put in the books for service (in which i haven't seen ever been used) i do not want to wait an hour because you were unorganized with your business and can't remember appointment times you had scheduled i say this because my appointment was given away at one point I was sitting in a chair for two hours while the lady did a walk in pedicure I couldn't leave because she had already began my fill service I told her I had to go to work and that's why I scheduled my appointment she told me she would do my next service free charged me 85$ total instead and definitely remembered having me leave her salon because she brought it up when I returned to give them one last chance... I've had my appointment delayed because they had accepted more clients when they had no staffing, ive also been moved from my seat to a chair in the corner because it was far more important to accept more clientele than to give quality service...the fact that I have given this salon multiple chances and they rush through and do half a job, and are never doing quality work pains me it's a lovely friendly place but your service is straight shit. read more

They have a great selection of gel colors, as well as a huge selection of regular polish. Very clean shop- which is super crucial. Reasonable prices. The ladies were super friendly and professional. Really happy I found this place. I got a great pedicure and gel manicure. My significant other got a regular manicure and was really pleased with the results. went here a week ago, the lady didn't say one word to me while doing my nails, and they had the tv on super loud the whole time and didn't turn it down even after someone asked nicely if they could. one nail already fell off and the gel polish is already peeling off of every single nail( after one single week. usually my nails last 3-4 between fills) as well as every nail is a different shape with lumpy acrylic. keep in mind i'm not hard on my nails. not worth the $50 i paid at all. i don't think i'll be back. read more

Will never go back! I went in for a fill and noticed as the girl was painting my nails the polish was clumpy. She then added some liquid and continued on. Once my nails were completely dry the finish was bumpy. I KINDLY mentioned this to the owner thinking that she would offer to redo the polish. Instead she became very angry and said I was rude and yelled at me to leave her store and never come back with her arms flying all over. The last time I got my nails I went to Pemas. I got that lady. She was using her her little grinding machine thing and went so deep on one part that she drilled through my nail into my mean under my nail. I then said that I want longer nails since my nails were growing out nicely. She clipped my natural nails all the way off that it was ridiculous. Then she proceeded to do the long nails. I had no issues with the length. But she didn't even shape them right. So they were long, rugged, and too wide. Then when I asked her how much for my nails with the gel she said $35. My mom was also getting her nails filled and a new nail Polish coat and they said $20 for that. By the end of everything they said my nails we $45 and my mom's was $35. They couldn't figure out wtf they were doing. It wasn't even two weeks later and the acrylic was pulling away from my nail. I will never be going there again. read more
