I was referred to Louise's company to clean out a Motorcycle gas tank. My friend had been taking…read morethe high end racing Motorcycle tanks to them for 20 or more years. Well, not anymore. After I received my tank back, the custom paint job was split out on all the corners with visible dents sticking out from the inside like it had been overly turned or rotated. The tank wasn't in bad shape to begin with and didn't need to be turned so heavily. Bluebaugh did state that the tank could get scratched during the process but they never said it would break/crack the paint off and dent the tank out-word. The owner Louie stated they have always done it this way and they worn people about this could happen. Never did they say it could dent the tank out-word and split the paint off. Louie was not willing to offer a refund on cleaning the tank out. Cost $162.00. Now I have a $500 bill to fix the damage they caused. Take note of this. I would think twice before using them. I won't use them again and all the people that I know that know them are surprised Louie is this way about the damage. He doesn't think they did anything wrong. Everyone I know said they will go elsewhere too.

Both arrived at the accident scene within 30 minutes of our insurance contacting them. She was at a loss for transportation to the rental car company, and the owner graciously provided her a ride to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to get her rental. He then provided her with additional information about where her car was going and covering the process of getting the car to the repair facility. He told her was very familiar with the body shop stating they do excellent work. Additionally, The owner was out on personal business and responded with his driver to help, I cannot say enough about him and his business as it also represents contributing to research and cures for cancer. Discouraged I would ever get my car fixed, I was recommended to Van Dyne Automotive and was assured if anyone could fix it, they could. It's a small place and I had never heard of them before but I took another chance and I am very happy I did. The mechanic Brian was very busy but fit me in right away, I was waiting on my friend to pick me up as I figured it would take days to figure out like all the other places did, but before my ride arrived, Brian had already found and repaired the issue that was making my car run so badly. I was shocked and in disbelief, but he assured me that it was definitely what was causing the problem, he explained it all to me but I don't remember what it was, it seemed complicated to me but Brian said it a simple repair that the other places missed. I don't know if he has magic powers or is just really awesome at his job, but my car has never ran better, it's smoother and quieter than it was when it was new! I am so thankful for finding this place, I only spoke with Brian as he was the only one there, I don't know how he manages to do it, as he was fixing cars, answering the phone, and checking people in at the front desk, but he is my hero for helping me even when he was so busy already, he didn't even charge me for the magic he worked! I offered to pay him anything for helping me save my car and not having to buy a new one, but he declined and said he was happy to help.
