I would not have known it was a studio if I just happened to be walking by in the area. It's a small comfortable setting with separate rooms for mixing and recording. The rooms are very clean, temperature is right (not too hot not too cold), with comfortable seating. The studio I was in had two comfortable leather couches. Todd was our mix master and was very professional throughout the session. Even though I'm not in the music industry, I liked how Todd included me in the session, asked for my feedback on the song being mixed, and showed me what side of the room to sit to hear more bass (I was sitting in a section where I heard more treble). Todd was able to get the work done faster than we anticipated with precision and reviewed the final mix several times to make sure it met the artist's expectations without being asked to do so.
