After approx 45min of cleaning was told the carpet stains were lifted as far as they would go. Once carpet dries, stains on carpet looked worse than when initially cleaned. My husband used a simple hand drill with a brush attached and Jax Wax and carpet looks 100 times better. Not sure why an industrial cleaner was unable to do this, however I would not recommend.

I walked them through our plan before installation. No one ever cautioned us about anything. The floor has not held up well. The've blamed us for not giving enough room for the floor to float, but didn't mention that problem at the time of install. Overall, the planks look warped and the face is peeling up in places. Not a good product, and although it has a 10 year warranty, Nice refused to stand behind it.
