DMOSS Urgent Care in WDSM RUDE!! I was barely able to walk…read morein after a serious fall. The young, dark haired woman at check in never took her eyes off her computer screen, never greeted me, except for "have you been here before". She handed me a clipboard to complete and I shuffled over on the counter because I could barely walk or sit and she pointed to the other side of the room and told me to go there. I told her I couldn't walk very well and that I was going to stay put. The nurse with the red hair was equally as rude and showed absolutely no emotion. Didn't greet me except to say my name. I was barely able to walk. She offered no help when I couldn't take my shoes or coat off, just looked at me with a blank stare. PA that saw me was rushed and gave me nothing for my extreme pain. No bedside manner at all.

The receptionists were super nice, able to answers any/all questions, & my wait times for doctors…read moreand nurses were short. They were able to book my surgery very quickly & gave me phone numbers to speak to anyone if i had questions about anything.

The lack of communication is abominable. I had to reschedule an appointment. The phones were not…read moreworking in their office on Friday. I called Monday around 9 am and left a message asking for someone to return the call. By 3 pm, no one had called me back. I did the waiting game on hold as 'all representatives are helping other patients ' for 12 plus minutes. I finally had a live person answer and was able to cancel the appointment. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule. That hasn't happened. Second, my 3 month check up on an intervention done by one of their doctors in November still has not happened. I've had another procedure since and no one even asked about the previous procedure. I was referred to Iowa Heart for a procedure to help with the circulation in my legs. That hasn't even been addressed!!! I'm checking with my insurance to find a more communicative and caring surgeon.
