The receptionist wanted my information and told me that I still owed them $500 because my deductible was never paid. She told me they were not going to do anything until I could prove that I paid. I went to the bank and got a copy of the check, brought back to the shop and was then told, we don't have those clips they will have to be special ordered and I have to pay $40 now and come back when they arrive. I went to local AutoStore and bought the 10 clips for $8 and did it myself. That was the 3rd winshield I purchased from them, and my Last.
