I brought my vehicle back after a year and half since my $1300 window replacement as the window side moldings were coming loose. The receptionist wanted my information and told me that I still owed them $500 because my deductible was never paid. She told me they were not going to do anything until I could prove that I paid. I went to the bank and got a copy of the check, brought back to the shop and was then told, we don't have those clips they will have to be special ordered and I have to pay $40 now and come back when they arrive. I went to local AutoStore and bought the 10 clips for $8 and did it myself. That was the 3rd winshield I purchased from them, and my Last. Liars, Bullies and Thieves. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I've never been so disrespected by anyone more than the owner, and the woman who answers the phone. Bully tactics, and they will never accept responsibility for their actions and mistakes. They still owe me money, but refused to send it to me saying "we don't have any checks". Right! Just had my windshield replaced and they did an INCREDIBLE job! The lady on the phone was super nice and easy to deal with! When she saw I had a jeep she asked me if I wanted the jeep logos on the glass and of course we did! We just replaced a month prior with safelight and they never gave me that option! I never thought I'd be saying this but the glass they replaced my boring aftermarket glass with is BEAUTIFUL! The installer took extra time to grind out the old silicone and asked me if it had been leaking because it was bairly hanging on! He did a wonderful job and didn't take too long! I drive highway 29 and do my best to stay away from large trucks, so as to avoid chips and cracks in my windshield... but there is only so much a person can do. A truck headed the other way sent a rock flying toward my windshield, and yep you guessed it. CRACK!!! I am now in need of auto glass windshield repair help. This is not the first time I've had the windshield cracked, but it's the first time I've used JT Autoglass. And from now on they will be the only place I go. They were polite. They were fast. They were reasonably priced. They dealt with my insurance company. The install guy was a total pro. And now my window looks just like new. My insurance company contracted with them to replace my window. Some rude guy in his 30's came out and basically chastised me about being younger than him(and having a nicer car than him) for the 30 minutes it took him to replace my window, and ruin the dash of my car. The rear view mirror facade cover fell off the next day, the glass he brought me was chipped(he said, relax kemosabe, that's not a chip) in the corner and now my dash rattles like mad. Naturally I went down to the main office where I met the owner, who fixed my mirror by plastic welding the clips back together, and sanded down the chip in my new window. He said though, the tech didn't touch your dash, when I stood next him the whole time and he did indeed remove the upper portion of my dash. Now my brand new expensive car has a noxious rattle that I can't seem to alleviate. I called back twice about the issue, but never got a return phone call My advice, go anywhere but here. read more

I first contacted company on a friday the lady that answered the phone did not seem to have time to answer my questions she kept trying to go home for the day, suggestion if you are leaving and do Not have the time for customers who would give you money then Do Not answer phone. Then on Monday she calls me, so I gave company another chance, she gets another call and says she has to take call but will call me back Wow, Done and done, I did ask for quote on window and she was $200 higher than the person I was talking to who was right in front of me while she was being rude thank you but no thank you. read more

. A friend of mine from Windsor had his windshield replaced by these guys and he told me to give them a call after a rock kicked-up off the freeway and cracked the windshield on my new Chevy truck. I procrastinated and didn't fix the crack when it happened, took my truck through the gas station car wash and it ended up spreading. So eventually I ended up calling their shop in Clearlake and was half expecting to have to drive up there to get it fixed. Their office rep, her name is Teressa, was really polite and professional. I ended up going through my insurance company, (I don't like dealing with insurance companies, they are a pain!). I called in to set an appointment for JT to come to my house in Healdsburg and replace my windshield, and during the phonecall Teressa called my insurance company and personally did the insurance claim for me so I could get off the phone and get back to work. That was a first; every other time I've had anything happen to any of our cars, I've had to do the claims myself, which turns out to be a waste of my time when I could be doing something productive. So THANK YOU Teressa for doing that for us! That alone gets you 5 stars in my book. The best part is I didn't have to drive anywhere or go to some shady glass shop in Santa Rosa somewhere. They came to me. From Clearlake. That's like an hour or more from my house, to do a 45 minute job. Didn't charge me an extra fee to come to my house either. Another 5 stars. And the tech who showed up got to our house on time, was totally knowledgeable and has obviously been doing this for a long time. His name was Rich and he did a solid job. No problems. Had to get a replacement windshield for my car a month after I bought it from a dealership in Santa Rosa. I live and work in Ukiah and one of my dads friends told me about JT Auto Glass in Clearlake. I called around and got quotes from different auto glass companies, and they're quote was right in the middle. I have a 2016 car and some of the places in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to get it replaced. Did not want to use my insurance because I thought it would affect my rate. The girls at JT (Teressa and Tamy) were totally cool and professional, explained the costs up front and which would save me more money (cash vs insurance) and offered me the option of coming to their place in Clearlake to get the work done or they could send a technician to my house to do it. I thought that was great because I didn't want to drive to get it fixed if I didn't have to. JT was the ONLY company that I talked to that gave me the mobile installation option! The other companies told me I had to drive to their garage to get my windshield replaced. I'm a service snob and Teressa was really good! I decided to use my insurance because I only had to pay $50 and it didn't affect my rates. Teressa talked to my insurance company over the phone and did the claim for me which I thought was really nice of her. It has been raining and I wanted to get it fixed asap. JT sent their technician Rich to my house the next day and he replaced my windshield in my garage. Totally cool! He was funny and walked me through the process and answered all of my dumb questions (sorry Rich!). He was really thorough. Good experience all the way around. Very professional and service oriented company. I would very much recommend JT Auto Glass. I have not done a Yelp review before BUT I thought I should do one because I use Yelp for restaurants and stuff and they are helpful to me. I lost my home in the fire that just hit Santa Rosa. Everything my kid's and I owned was destroyed.... JT AUTO GLASS IS FREAKING AMAZING!!!!  I posted on Facebook about a week ago asking for help with my car window that came off the track and couldn't roll all the way up and within 5 minutes one of the owners, Jen Totten, responds saying she'd love to help!! FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! Her business is based in Clearlake but they are a MOBILE business and come TO YOU!! A nice man came out this last Tuesday to my office and fixed the door panel, regulator, missing screws to hold window in place, and reconnected the handle and lock cables that the last auto repair place didn't reconnect! It took less than an hour and done all while I was inside working! Now everything is working beautifully again!! I can wash the nasty ashes off my car and get rid of the ashtray smell of the constant reminder of the most horrific night I've experienced. Since losing my home this has given me the first feeling of hope. I am so completely and utterly grateful for Jen's extreme kindness.
