There was no charge for the inspection but did give his wife a couple of hundred bucks and told her to take him out for the best steak dinner for all the sweat and dirt and mud he got spending an hour under the house. Having only lived in a home for the past 17 years, navigating the mobile home market can be challenging. Dani made this so much easier for me. I was under an incredible amount of stress because I was selling my home in Orlando and moving to Vero Beach. I am disabled and a widow. Thank God for Dani. She was unfortunately dealing with a difficult seller and a very stressed out buyer. I had some unusual situations on my end because I was selling my home in Apopka and I was downsizing from a 2000 square-foot home to a 1500 square-foot home. I also had a brother in Fort Lauderdale, who wanted to be involved in the process. Although, Dani was not my agent, her and her associate, Shari, really went above and beyond to help me not only get through this process, but to make sure I got the help and support I needed to make this transition. It really helped that Dani lived right in the community. She sent me links to all the different sites I needed to set things up down here. She also measured all the rooms for me, took extra pictures, and did multiple showings for me and my brother. However, what is even more important, was how much time and energy she put into trying to insure that the house was completely ready for me when I moved in. She met me at the Home on the closing day, we discussed everything that was going to happen and then I followed her to her office. I was really surprised at how simple the closing was, even though Dani had told me it would be. I appreciate that all the paperwork, like the title and tags, were taken care of by Four Star's. That's my plug for Parrish. Dani was right, I love my new community and I really love my mobile home. Thank you again, Dani for all your help and of course, Shari.

No video chat was done,a full inspection could not be completed because there was no access to the…read moreunderneath of the home...Yes the AC and roof age were both lied about--and furniture was strategically placed over additional soft spot/holes in the floor--so instead of 2 holes there are 9 holes--along with the " NEW SUBFLOOR" being installed half done right so the holes in it are now appearing --im at 29k for the home-add another 20k so far for repairs--down right dirty
