When we purchased a used FEMA trailer to replace the home my mother & grandma lost nobody would help us. I called & emailed many companies & the few that replied gave outrageous quotes. Like $50k just to set a single wide 8x48 mobile home. Mr. Mead quoted us for a fraction of that! Charlotte County threw many obstacles our way making it difficult to obtain a permit. Not only did he keep me informed about the obstacles but he fought very hard for us to get an approved permit. He is very knowledgeable about the laws and will do his research so he can go to bat for you. I do not believe anyone else could have accomplished what he did honestly. Once we got an approved permit he worked diligently to get their home set. He remained fair on his pricing and treated my mom and grandma like family. The deck he built is absolutely beautiful & it's my grandma's new favorite spot!!! He thought of all the little details that I wouldn't have. Everything was fine and they showed up the next day to see what I needed. I followed up with him on June 18 to see if they had a quote ready and he said no. I sent him a text on June 20th and no response. Fast forward to today, June 26. I left him a voicemail bright and early this morning and sent a text and no response. If they did not want the job, I just needed them to follow up with me like any normal business owner would do, but apparently they do not want to follow up.
