Several pedicure stations think there was 12- I was near end and couldn't see all the way down- lol. 18 mani booths. I saw 13 employees so plenty of people to help. Would come back but watch closer . Standard pricy. $45 for gel pedi. I had to ask to do the sealing of the toes on the top- it was not finished and the whites was showing. Sit down and the menu offers the pedicure services. It states an angel pedicure for kids 10 under. You would think a 10 year old would be able to get it, right!? Wrong. They ask her age I say it like whatever. A chick comes over and tells me she has to be nine. Mind you the whole time my daughter is sitting next to me. I'm like it says this, but ok. Agree to pay for an adult one. Tell my friend what's happening and she comes over and asks again if I want it. Again, yes. Then stared at me in the rudest way. Comes and asks again. You know what, no I don't! So now I'm walking out feet half done and soaked because my I'll pay wasn't enough. Maybe it's cuz I'm covered in tattoos... Who makes a ten year old feel that way!? Nail vibe. A professional business would let us finish our pedicure relaxed as I had hoped my day to be or even be like I understand the confusion so we'll honor it today. Then had the audacity to change the age as we walked out so when my friend tried to take a picture the age was changed!!! You can see under the sticker they just put on it that it says 10!! However, I got gel on my manicure so it would last longer. These photos are only a week after my manicure and almost every single nail has chipped and started to come off. I'm used to my manicures lasting at least 2 weeks before they start to chip, or grow out. The prices were very reasonable I just wish the results lasted longer. read more

I called to make an appointment and was kindly greeted and had a same day apt scheduled with minutes. When I arrived I was kindly greeted, and a color book was provided. I loved how clean the space was and that snacks were sitting out and readily available for customers (some times you get hungry and this was a perk I didn't know I needed, a little bag of chips or fruit snacks can go a long way). The shop is very high end looking and it has gorgeous decor. It reminds me of the Beverly Hills nail shops minus the champagne and mimosas. My appointment started right on time and she did a lovely job at taking care of my cuticles, shaping my almond nails, and getting my design down perfectly. So I've had to go through a few nail techs to find one I'm happy with. BUT. I got my nails done yesterday. Love love love them. Today, my glove broke as I was touching up my roots which resulted in black hair dye messing up 3 of my nails. I just called and they're getting me in right before they close to touch up my nails for free since I just got them done yesterday. They totally didn't have to do this for free and most places probably would have charged since it was my fault. Their customer service is BEYOND!!! Amazing service. I came in today as a walk in. I was treated great. I had to get a soak off of my acrylics and then planned on doing dip. My girl Elly was efficient and quick with doing my nails but meticulous as well. I have never had such a great set done in all the times I have gone to get nails done and I've tried over 5 different places. She made sure they looked perfect and honestly they were. I usually find some flaw in my nails and then end up fixating on it and that leads to me finding a new nail place but she did an impeccable job and I am very satisfied with my nails. Wasn't really a fan of the "vibe" here, no pun intended. Came in with my friend , she was getting a regular mani pedi & I got a full set. When we came in she sat down for her pedicure & I was told to go sit at station 8. I didn't get a chance to choose a color at all and they left her sitting in the pedicure chair for a while before they gave her the choices as well. As we started our services the surrounding employees were acting unprofessional, sort of like elementary school with cliques. Sitting in a groups right beside me , cuddling in the chairs, hugging on each other. The almost bumped into me a couple of time while I was seating since they were rolling around in chairs. My friend was so uncomfortable we decided to leave and she didn't even finish her services. All in all a pretty odd experience read more
