They spent about hour and half on it and it was really dirty. Everything looked great and brand new when finished. Carpets vacuumed and shampoo and interior wiped down. I am not sure if they offer scents but it smelled clean. I will try out the exterior detail next time. The pricing was little more than I like but everything is expensive in today market. Overall the owner was friendly and I would recommend trying them out.

I talked to Paul the week before and he gave me a time that I could come in to have my vehicle assessed. I told Paul that the time conflicted with my class, and he told me that was okay, transportation could be provided.Samantha made sure that I got back and forth from school, just like Paul had assured me. My experience was professional, courteous and comfortable! I've been having a really hard time finding a decent mechanic being that I lack knowledge for vehicles . Paul drove the vehicle around, and even had someone else check behind him for a second opinion. My check engine light has been on for months, even after I took it to Jiffy Lube, in which wanted to do a transmission flush that would have totaled to $80.00. Paul called me and told me that I only needed an oil change that wouldn't even cost half the price of the service Jiffy Lube claimed that I needed. Paul was right because for the first time in awhile, my check engine light is not on! As a matter of fact, I'm just going to be honest, Paul said the oil change was on the house, and that he understands that I am a college student trying to graduate. I was prepared to make another appointment when I could pay him, but he insisted that he took care of the issue so that I could continue my daily commute to campus. It's simple things like this that mean so much to me. I graduate this May, but this journey has not been easy. It seems that everything in my life was trying to stop that from happening, including car problems that have prevented me from attending class several times. The fact that the mechanics took the time to be honest with me about issues, and not adding to it for personal gain, means that Roe Body Shop has strong core values such as integrity and honesty. I googled this place for a remote start install on my new car and had to return days later due to…read moremy check engine light coming on because of the bypass module and PCM. I asked beforehand if they had issues with installing on Chevy's and they assured me they don't. My vehicle is under manufacturer warranty and had no issues prior. Well........ I'm back less than a week later to try to get it either fixed or removed and they want to install another one? Doesn't make much sense to me. Also the guys that actually work on the cars seem nice but the other staff are not friendly and don't greet or even acknowledge you as a customer. The owner was very rude and casual about the issue they created. I would not recommend this business at all. Very cold and uninviting environment and does not seem to value your business. Product: NuStart $399.00 Update* my car is still in the shop, I'm paying diagnostic fees, uber fees and have yet to get a refund from this owner.
