My first appointment was canceled the day before because they didn't have the part. Annoying, but I rescheduled. For the second appointment, I was given a service window between 12-5 and planned my entire day around it. At 1:30, I got a call saying they weren't coming at all and that I would need to drive my car to their location near Worlds of Fun instead. That's not acceptable. The whole reason I booked mobile service was to avoid driving my car before it's ready for inspection. I'm not risking getting pulled over for expired tags because they can't keep an appointment. This experience showed zero reliability and a complete lack of respect for my time. Canceling twice--especially the second time in the middle of the service window--is unacceptable. I am taking my business to Auto Glass & Tint Shop instead!
