After shopping around and checking the reviews out for the tint shop I decided to fully tint my car in ceramic tint as well as smoke out my head and tail lights and my indicators. Jesse, the owner, agreed to a price of $730 for everything but when I went into my appointment one of the workers tried charging me $810 so not off to a good start. The pictures speak to their quality of work and product and I wouldn't trust them. Very disappointed because of all the awesome reviews. Was told it would be an extra $150 to remove my previous tint on the four windows and back windshield but the worker said it wouldn't have any issues going overtop they just couldn't warranty their work. Decided to trust the experts opinion and it ended up screwing me. I tried to get a refund because of the purple hue to tint which I had never experienced as well as the crappy job. Jesse was horrible over the phone and told me to wait 2 weeks in hopes I would forget about it which clearly didn't happen. These pictures were taken TWO days after getting the service done. They tried not refunding me anything and said they did most of the work for free but after getting the vinyl removed today they refunded me $190 which isn't even close to the $400 we agreed upon. The tint master did a test on the tint and it ended up not even being ceramic tint. I wouldn't trust these guys with your car!! read more

Not sure why this place got negative reviews! On the groupon, it clearly states that it is for ONE back window and FOUR side windows. Some cars have SIX side windows. That means TWO will be charged extra. Also the waiting area was comfortable with leather sofas along with cable TV. My car's previous tint was a pain in the ass to remove. Took longer than expected. No big deal, it happens! They were courteous and kept me informed on each step of the removal and installation process. Tint looks great, although it's been only one day that I have had it installed. If something goes wrong, there is a lifetime warranty and I can get it fixed for free. Some people don't understand that the world does not revolve around them. Shit happens and you gotta adjust, but these snowflakes don't understand that concept. read more

Did an amazing job with my tint. The employee there was extremely helpful and my tint took exactly an hour to finish up all my side windows and the back. My groupon was just for the side windows and back and not for the two small portions of my back windows which ends up being about an extra $30 dollars. When the system went down unexpectedly the employee gave me those for free so I paid nothing extra that day. Overall great experience, would highly recommend! read more

Today I went to The Tint Shop in Liberty because I found a groupon online. I scheduled it about a week ago at 4:00 and I arrived at about 3:45. I come in, he explains that it should be ready in about an hour and a half because he has to remove the previous tint. He makes me pay $80 to have it removed and I'm not completely angry because I know it's not that easy. So I sit down and watch some videos and he comes back 2 hours later saying "It shouldn't be too much longer because the removal took a little bit longer than expected." At this point I was furious. I just spent two hours sitting at this place for him to tell me that he hasn't even put on the new tint yet. And so I continue to wait and he comes back in to tell me that he isn't done because he rushed it and messed it up. So he's like "let's get you scheduled for next week" and "let's pull up that Groupon and make the payment." I was stunned when he said it was the full amount without any discount for me having to wait 2 hours and have to come all the way back here again. The Tint Shop. Do Not Recommend. read more

Jesse did a great job installing my window tint. The tint looks good, with no air bubbles or peeling. It is nice to know that his tint not only comes with factory lifetime warranty but also he guarantees the install as well. The only reason I could not give a full 5 stars was because of the extremely long wait. I appreciate that I was warned when I arrived for my 5:00pm appointment that was quoted to take about an hour, that they were "15-20 min" behind on a job. However, I didn't end up leaving until just past 7:30pm. I think that was a one-off however, and would not be the norm and I would happily recommend them to anyone else looking for a quality tinting product and installation service! read more

The guy was nice, but the first time took over 2 hours and then I had to take it back due to large light gaps, excessive bubbles and peeling and that took over an hour. I need to call schedule another visit since I still have several small bubbles that aren't going away on their own. Maybe he's new to the business, which is why I decided to take the chance when I saw his groupon, but if you add in all my time and driving it has cost me a lot more than if I had gone a with a shop with more experience. Hopefully he's learning a lot with my car and yours will turn out great the first time around. read more

I got my windows tinted last July and I kept telling myself I was going to write a great review for these guys! He quoted me a great price, he was prolly with my appointment and got me in and out in less than two hours which to me was great considering he tinted all my windows! Great friendly guys my car gets a lot of compliments and let me tell ya in the dead middle of summer when it's 95 outside when I walk to my car it's 70 degrees inside! I'm definitely bringing all my cars to them! read more

If you are a few minutes late they want to reschedule yet when I arrived today I waited 15 minutes for them to finish another car. Very inflexible. Had to come back twice because 2 windows had scratches. Was 15 min late and they made me reschedule. I strove 35 miles one way and was not happy. They also rescheduled me when their steamer broke. They don't seem to mind inconveniencing their customers but if you inconvenience them by being a few minutes late it's a big problem to them. The waiting room is filthy, couches torn and broken and glass tables have fingerprints all over. I would not recommend despite their decent prices. read more

I had this shop install a remote start for my truck, one thing lead to another and I had to go back for him to finish it. He didn't show up for 2 different appointments, no calls back, nothing. I have a remote in my car, but no fob and a messed up steering column because he didn't finish. read more

unprofessional service; left solvent "stains" on the insides of my car doors; film had several spots with either debris underneath the film, the film was creased, or had bubbles that was not attributable to moisture. I would not recommend someone use this shop. read more

Great experience with this guy. Reading the other reviews, I find it funny that one of them is from someone in Pensacola Florida. Based on my experience and that of everyone I know who has been here, I can only assume she reviewed on the wrong shop. My tint was flawless when I left aside from a couple of bubbles that cleared up within a couple of days, just like the guy said they would. He's very informative and made sure I understood how to take care of my windows afterwards, and when to call him with issues. I've sent several people back and have heard only positive feedback from everyone I've referred. Top notch business. A++ read more
