We just had the most incredible experience with KC Wholesale Carpet this past week. Timothy and Dean are master craftsmen. They installed a complex pattern wool carpet on three levels of stairs and two landings. Everything is perfectly aligned and absolutely beautiful. Seamless! Our law office is in our home and these stairs are subject to extreme traffic every day. The wool carpet recommended by Chris and installed by these two craftsmen is truly stunning. I cannot recommend this company, its owners and these installers more highly. We also ordered a custom rug for our conference room a year ago from the sister company, Area Rug Dimensions, and it is stunning too. Incredible Sales Experience, Installation and Taking Care of Us 3 Years Later! Buying carpet in the past was so frustrating. Until buying from Chris Bradford, we thought that big box stores provided the best pricing... not true at all! First, Chris came to our home to see our lifestyle and color palette. He offered expertise on quality and color. He helped us with carpet for our lower level, bedrooms, office and stairs. He understood our price points and life style and provided many options - giving us feedback on the wear of many of the carpet samples. He allowed me to take home numerous samples and even came back to our home to help us to make the final decision. The price he quoted is the final price. Unlike our previous experiences, he did not charge us to move furniture, up-sell us on padding or add extra yardage in the estimate. He even gave us a discount for paying cash. Tim was the lead installer. He could not have been more pleasant or competent. There were no surprises, no extra heavy furniture items, no issues with sub flooring - just no issues. He is incredibly kind, hard working and efficient. He even helped me take up carpet in an exercise room - no charge! Almost three years after our installation, There was a slight bump in the carpet in our lower level. I took a picture and sent it to Chris and asked if he could help us or if he could recommend someone. A week later, Tim and Darren came out and fixed it free of charge. We had a similar issue with our last big box store purchase. The installer was out of business and we had to wait weeks for the carpet mill rep to come to our home. He said that the carpet was not guaranteed against high heels and dogs- seriously!!!! We also have purchased two area rugs that we are so pleased with years later. We will never consider going anywhere else for carpet. read more

I had an excellent experience with KC Wholesale Carpet recently. They came to my home and helped me choose a carpet for my stairs that coordinated with the rest of my home and then made custom runners for the upstairs wood floors out of the same carpet. The installation was excellent. The only glitch was the order got delayed on the runners, but they did communicate with me regarding the status and delivered the runners to my home when they were done, which I really appreciated. read more

KC Wholesale Carpet was wonderful to work with when replacing carpet in the upstairs of our house. Chris, the sales representative, was very helpful and accommodating of my needs. I love that there was no pushiness on their side. The carpet looks great and the installers were very focused when they did their work. The only reason I give this a 4 star rating and not 5 stars is because the carpet installers were an hour and a half later than the time I was told they would arrive and I received no notice of their schedule until I called to check on them. I recently just got carpet installed in my home. After going through the standard people (Nebraska Furniture Mart, Carpet Corner, Weber Carpet) my husband decided to go with KC Wholesale as we thought Chris seemed like a reasonable guy to work with and had a good price and product. Chris measured the family room wrong in our home and the day of the install the family room carpet was ripped out with a smaller amount of carpet then what we needed. In order to leave us in a "livable" situation, as Chris called it, the installers laid it down with tack strips all around it up and the carpet folded over. The installers did the best they could with what they had but still I was constantly watching my 10 month old and our dog to not get into the tack strips. Upon speaking to Chris about the state of my home he proceeded to tell me to shoot him multiple times and then hung up on me.He didn't want to overnight the carpet (this happened on a Tuesday) as it was too expensive for him so I had to wait till Saturday for the installers to come and put it in as it didn't come in until Friday afternoon. When I talked to him the next day after he hung up on me I asked him for a discount on the hardships and not sticking to schedule. He said he would be happy to discuss with me after the 4th of July. He never called me after that. My husband got the call and upon talking to Chris, Chris told him he doesn't owe us anything. read more
