With that said, I'd also like to point out what a great venue it is for exercise. There is a nice walking trail and you can get over two miles in by walking out of the college along the sidewalks north, up College Parkway and then West along Parallel, entering college grounds again. Safe area and the college is well-patrolled by Campus Police. Highly recommend. I walk out here every chance I get and I live 10 miles away.

This APEX school did just that; posting my GPA in an illegitimate attempt to bolster his program for something it did not do. This owner is unprofessional, vindictive and willing to ignore privacy laws regarding school records. Please be careful. According to Mr. Jeff S.'s (Owner of APEX) previous response, it is his position that sitting outside in freezing weather and windy conditions, with no heat and mininial protection from rain, for 10 hours with JUST 20 minutes of sitting in a truck (with no heat) per day, is typical of being a Truck Driver. Surely nobody is buying this BS. Please feel free to stop any Truck Driver and ask them before you take his word on what being a Truck Driver involves. When you treat students like this, I guess you have to come up with some reason. They do have the persuasive, inaccurate, misleading program and sales tatics available to them.

Under new ownership, she walks in from day one and promised staff that nothing was going to change. Lies! Few months go by and things started changing slowly. They changed the curriculum to Highscope. Which is junk, especially for the area it is located in. They lack communication, and will give parents and staff a one day notice of changes. Oh, and they also fire you over email with no real explanation as to why except "Adjustments are being made to align with programming needs." What they really mean is, "You make too much for our budget and we want to get staff in that we can pay less." If you like making chump change, being walked all over, under appreciated, being lied to your face regularly and getting fired through email. Putting up with kids hitting, biting, cussing you out and overly worked using Highscope, then I say this is a perfect place for you. It's truly sad what it has become. I honestly enjoyed working with the staff. They don't realize firing people who have been there before new ownership, have built relationships with staff, children and their families, will not look good for them. Wyndotte is a different kind of place. And they will not take to kindly of these changes and firing people who they've learned to trust with their little ones.

Mark helped us with our first dance at our wedding reception. Mark and all of the dance instructors at Walters are exceptional. Group classes are great, and really inexpensive and fun. They keep the cost for group classes so low. Walters is a safe, fun, and friendly place to learn how to ballroom dance. It's our favorite place in Kansas City. Highly recommended!

My husband taught there in the past and could not stay because of the racist administration and horrible student culture. When our son started the norm was not to do any work. So sad. There is new administration, they have only been back a few weeks but hopefully it improves. Had to fight administration to get what our son needed but teachers were mostly very supportive and encouraging when our son tried. He is graduating on time With good grades. The KCKCC Tec program his senior year has been awesome. We are from KCK not California.
