Just got an email they're changing their kid care membership from $15/month for any number of kids…read moreto $8 drop-in for each child or $50 20-punch card that requires a punch for each kid. This is such a huge price jump, especially for those with multiple kids. We've only been members for a month before this and never got told about this change when signing up & there is no grand-fathering in current members. I've also driven all the way out just to have a sign saying the center is closed for the next couple days. There is little to no space for working out other than on equipment. Overall it has just been a constantly disappointing experience no matter how much I've tried to enjoy the membership.

I was confirmed to book an event on June 29th. After finalizing the details with the rental…read morerepresentative, I was contacted and told I couldn't have my event there bc they said my event would be too loud and interfere with the event next door. They said it was a celebration of life. I am celebrating life as well with a Princess Theme birthday party. As a resolution, they offered to move my party up so it could end before 3. They also asked me to change my date, select a location outdoors with June heat, or use one of the centers that did not have a pool. I feel like their actions are discriminatory in nature and not business oriented. When you are renting a venue, you have to be flexible and understanding regarding concurrent events? If the venue expects quietness then perhaps they should have offered the other party a time frame where the venue would be empty. This facility has a great indoor pool and will be packed in the summer!!! It's unfair to cancel my reservation due to them not believing I should be next door. I am extremely disappointed, hurt, frustrated, and confused. I have made plans for family for all over the US to be in town this day. I am simply pressing this matter to the highest level possible. You can't treat consumers in this way and think that sending them away is the best solution. Again, I was prepared to sign my contract and was within my window to pay for it. They chose not to pick me. I want be silenced. It has taken too much planning on my part. Be aware of discriminatory behavior and complain all the way to the top.

I signed my 2 daughters up for swim lessons here. I took my 8 & 10 year old to their first lesson…read moreand very quickly realized these lessons were for beginners/younger kids. I called the next morning to see if they'd be willing to work with me on a refund, or even use the money I paid ($162) towards my nieces gymnastics account. Linda was beyond rude, talked to me like I was stupid, and when I said my daughters knew swimming beyond what they were teaching them, she replied "if your daughters know how to swim, why did you sign them up for swim lessons?" She was not willing to work with me AT ALL so I'm out the $162 completely. I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever again. Amy (Altis) Schmitt

I organized having my daycare kids and son up together in the same class At the same time, bc…read morethey're close Enough in age and swim levels. However, we Missed the first few days due to a holiday and construction/getting lost. That was our fault. But, When when we arrived for lessons, they placed one of the kids in a different swim group with younger kids After they were in the water for no more than 2 minutes. When I questioned if he Could move with the other boys as we had scheduled, or if any accommodation could be made, the director told me that my son was placed with the other group bc he was determined the "weakest swimmer" among 5 other kids in group with his friends he was in. I knew that was a lie. They told me based their program off how many kids and Divvy it up between the 3 instructors. But that is not what I saw to be true of skill level or ability among the kids. She said they teach the same things and all kids learn the same in each group. she's done this 45 years. And the full "this is how we do it" speech. But when you pull a kid from the rest of the group within a minute of them being in the water, and you tell the Mom/caregiver at the end of lessons that the child was "weakest of the kids, and he needed work and was not listening" (which was not true) without highlighting any of his positive growth, you need to work on your skills with customers a And customer service is in definite growth opportunity. I also felt like the instructors could have used better discipline and communication techniques with the kids. They were often rigid and pushy. They do not talk with the parent/caregiver after lessons or give any type of update on the students' progress or areas to work on. Overall, their target market is daycare kids that they carpool from daycare center(s). If you need group swim lessons for your kid or your small group of daycare kids, I don't personally recommend this group for swim lessons.

We selected Aquatic Builders based on positive review we had seen online. They designed and…read moreinstalled a free form in ground pool with a stained and stamped concrete patio. Monty Hayes was the owner and designer. Monty is wildly creative and designed a terrific pool to fit our space and yard. This review is based on the difficult time we had working with the company and the quality of some of the work. Unfortunately, we had paid the entire final payment at their request, prior to finishing or delivering the custom cover. Monty called one Sunday and asked for us to pay them as they had some bill due, and we did. Travis showed up at our house at 8:30pm that night to get the check. To get the pool finished took repeated emails, phone calls, and texts over several weeks. Either there was no response to daily contact, or there were promises not kept. To get the custom cover ordered and installed, which we had already paid for, was a similar effort. Not until we threatened escalating the problem did we get a response. We believe the pool itself is well built. But when putting in the stained and stamped concrete patio, there was NO effort to not get the concrete or stain on the side of our house and windows. Just a damp cloth wiping the chunks off the siding and glass when it was installed would have been better than what we were left with; which was countless hours of scraping and repainting. If it stopped there, we might have been more generous with our review, but when they brought in equipment to dig, they took down our neighbor's fence and then put it back up until we had a new fence installed. Somehow there was an issue with damaging our neighbor's landscaping. Our neighbors and Monty then discussed him planning and providing some type of tree. A hole was dug, and it is still there with no tree. Same situation for them in how hard it has been to contact the company.
