From speaking with the owner (Steve) and Mel (who may be the manager?), I learned that they have plans for expansion and they hand grow most, if not all, of their flowers and plants. I haven't seen flowers this beautiful at any of the other big box stores around. All of the employees have been friendly and have had great recommendations for me. I'm trying a few new flowers this year because of these recommendations. I look forward to their expansion/move and will continue to shop here for my landscaping needs.

I, like many, am doing a lot of gardening while staying "healthy at home" and this is just what I needed. Plants were competitively priced, typically based on size of pot and if perennial or annual. A lot of plants are unmarked and not priced but there were MANY employees around the greenhouses to help answers questions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are wagons to carry plants and the staff will assist in taking them to your car. They have trees, shrubs, tropical plants, succulents, traditional annuals, unique perennials, soil, fertilizer. They accept cards but everything is hand calculated. The place is family run and give it a charming experience. The location is slightly tucked away, gravel lot parking, some odds and ends all over but a completely enjoyable place and experience. I will definitely be going again.

Recently, we found Luke's Repairs and Remodeling to address the following issues: all interior and exterior doors were replaced and reframed, all pocket doors were replaced with new hardware which required removing and replacing the drywall. We also needed the entire house painted, a closest built around our mechanicals and additional shelving erected in the laundry area, as well as some electrical work. Luke came out, listened to everything we had to say and gave excellent input for the project. He gave us an estimate and stayed within the estimate for the entire job. Luke started on time, communicated throughout the entire timeline and ended on time. Luke, as well as his skilled carpenters, never minded being interrupted with questions and always took the time to communicate clearly. The project took approximately two weeks to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Luke's warehouse to choose the items we needed for the repair and remodeling. Luke also did all the ordering, pick up and checked the materials that were delivered. We never had to bother with any items that were needed for our home. When I asked for his credentials, Luke did not hesitate to provide me a copy of his Kentucky contractor's license and his insurance. We noticed the way Luke was with the men he worked with. They had immense respect for each other. We are confident that the crew will stay with Luke. Finding a quality business to do home repair and remodeling is very difficult. I asked repeatedly for them to remove my bathroom from their site and was ignored. They are still posted, but they have blocked me from leaving a comment. We were yelled at by the contractors tiler, the floor was left with a hole in it under the tile that we could see through to the basement, plumbing fell off the wall immediately, job was not done to our satisfaction but we preferred to deal with the issues ourselves rather than deal with the arguments. I was asked to pay within 5 minutes of receiving the invoices and then harassed when I wanted time to review the bill.
