Specifically, we brought in Nailed It Contracting to replace and paint the kitchen ceiling (after we had taken down the nasty '80s-era drop ceiling that was concealing old water stains and crumbling plaster), repair and paint the walls (which were full of damage and several layers of wallpaper), demo old built-in cabinets and lay tile on the floor. He satisfied each of these tasks.
