    I have been shopping at TRI-Supply for several years. We have bought washers, dryers,…read morerefrigerators, microwaves, a microwave drawer, gas stove, upright large freezer a Nantucket sink a Zepher ceiling fan and will be buying a Kitchenaid Dishwasher in a couple of weeks. They are my go to place. I have never had problems with my deliveries. The delivery guys have always been very nice and have went the extra mile. If I have needed a little extra help. Lee Cook is my regular salesperson. He knows what I look for in my purchases and guides me accordingly. If Lee happens to be out when I go in, Shawn and Roy both have been very helpful with what I am looking at. I just have not had problems of any kind. I love doing business with this company. They will also match prices with other stores if you find your purchase for less somewhere else. Ask for Lee when you go in. He is great to work with and he always follows up with you if you have a problem of any kind. I love their merchandise! Regina Williamson

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TRI SUPPLY…read more The only thing worse than their products is their customer service. I built a $3MM house, I bought the best of everything they had. I spent well over $100,000 on appliances doors and windows. We moved in in May, 6 months ago. June 1st I told tri supply that my big expensive freezer doesn't make ice, neither does my outdoor ice maker. No one has ever come to look at the outdoor ice maker. Someone came to look at the one in the freezer but they can't fix it. So I guess there answer to me is, "Too bad for you. We got our money so we are done helping you." My front door is severely warped, cold air pours into the house. The back door too. The doors also have wooden panels at the bottom, instead of making the panel out of one piece of wood, it is made of five pieces and they are all separating from one another. They have known this since June as well, and refuse to fix it or replace it. Every single window in my house leaked and ruined the paint and wall paper and warped the window sills. They did send someone to put some JB weld type stuff on the crack where they leak. My nearly $3000 coffee maker is broken My kitchen vent hood fan arrived broken and was installed broken. It makes a crazy loud noise when you turn it on. They don't seem to have any plan to fix it. I can't get good customer service out of Tri Supply, imagine what kind of service a customer gets who just spends $20,000 or maybe just buys a new fridge or oven. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TRI SUPPLY. The only thing worse than their products is their customer service.

    Better think twice before hiring this company!!!…read more We haven't heard back from anybody about our refund! I called our banking facility this morning and deposit notices are processed as they are received. As of now, there is still no refund!! Let's recap how we got to this point..... 8/14/18 met with John Goodyear with Goodyear Audio 8/15/18 agreed to quote to get our surveillance system working properly and gave debit card for down payment of $1,500.00 and a date of 9/5/18 was set for work to be done 9/5/18 was a no show and no phone call 9/11/18 no contact with Goodyear Audio about missed date of 9/5/18 until we called and was told we were not on the books so agreed for another date to show up 9/20/18 was the new date for work to be done and still a no show 9/21/18 we called to cancel job and requested a refund 9/24/18 Jessica called for needed info due to not finding where we made a down payment 9/25/18 Jessica found where we made payment and said refund was processed. Should receive refund in 7-10 business days which my calculation would put it to 10/9/18 10/10/18 here we are today and still no refund and nothing but excuses. The problem does not lie on our end with our banking facility. 10/12/18 filed complaint with Better Business Bureau 10/16/18 I spoke to BBB who told me they just spoke to John Goodyear & he's now saying 7-14 days for refund. Instead of keeping your word to do the job, all we got was more lip service and when 3 agreed dates were missed, then wanted to reschedule yet a 4th time of which at that time we expressed how we had lost faith in Goodyear Audio and requested a refund. We're tired of excuses and would like to be promptly refunded. We gave a down payment in good faith that the work would be done but our money was taken and we were conveniently forgotten! So much for good faith. Do your job, stop with the excuses and get us our refund!

    Better Business Bureau Alert:…read more BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning: Customer Service issues, Delayed Delivery issues, Product issues, Service issues and Refund issues. Complainants the business is paid upfront. Following the initial payment, product delivery/installation is delayed and calls and texts to the business are ignored. Once they are finally able to reach the business to re-schedule, the technician does not show up. This results in further delays with customers sometimes waiting months for completion of their contract. Additionally, complainants state they experience problems with equipment not working properly. After failed attempts by the company to address product and service issues, customers request a refund which is promised but not received in a timely manner. Better Business Bureau sent a letter to the company on March 15, 2019 asking Goodyear Custom Audio to address the underlying issues for these pattern of complaints. On March 22, 2019, BBB received email communication from the business owner stating he would like to come in to meet with BBB the following week. To date, BBB has not heard back from him.
