Upon contacting the owner, he stated that they don't work on printers. In addition, our surround sound system had the capability to take voice instruction. I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! During my most recent service, I purchased a new key and key fob for my vehicle. Shortly after receiving it, the buttons on the key fob came off, making it defective. Since then, I have called five different times trying to get the issue resolved. Each time, I reach what appears to be a call center and am repeatedly told that a manager will call me back. I have also submitted two emails through the company's website and have never received a response. it's extremely frustrating when told to sit by my phone and wait for a call that never comes. The lack of communication and customer service after the sale has been disappointing. I was a repeat customer and trusted this company based on my previous experiences, but when there is a problem, no one seems willing to take responsibility or even return a call. I hope sharing my experience encourages the company to improve its customer service and follow through when customers need assistance.
