Again, this is not usual behavior for Quality but they used a "fill in" company as they could not get one of their techs out to do my job. Be careful about Sunday repairs, because the tech may not be from Quality and that could be why I had problems but my prior ratings with Quality, the company I have used in the past, was 4 STARS . Also they intervened on my behalf after hearing my saga and made sure the job was finally completed. So the tech arrived on the Sunday afternoon after promising to be there in the morning, I was desperate so I ok'd that - we were leaving town the next day for 2 weeks and I wanted the door springs replaced and the door operational before I left. I was quoted a price over $1200 for 2 springs, a guide roller wheel and the service charge. It was Sunday and I was desperate! The tech the presumably repaired the door and left. We came home 2 weeks later and the door wouldn't open, apparently the tech put the wrong springs on (without knowing it?) and also unable to give us a heads up that repair was temporary. I called and was told the tech would be there first thing the next morning. He came nearly 6 PM and did not have the proper springs so did not complete the repairs. He returned the next day with the proper springs and did the repair. Ultimately he also tried to sell me a new bar for the spring mounting and a new garage panel for $1000 or a whole door for a discounted rate of $4000. I advised Quality about this and they were very helpful in making sure the tech was out to my house with the proper springs. Next time, no Sunday repairs for me unless I personally know the tech who will be doing the work. My apologies to Quality if they feel slightly by my review but they did send that tech over .

Confirmed by the person that did the work labor. After countless tries to try and get a new undamaged truss they tried to charge me more to install a new truss and labor. Be aware that this company only sells the hardware, the install and painting they farm out to 3rd parties, I had issues with the paint after a few month, painter ghosted me even though he gave me a 5 Years warranty. When he finally showed up the technician came with a small Allen wrench and told us the screw is stripped and he would have to cut off the handle to replace with new. Dust covered my home from top to bottom. I just wanted them out when they were done so I could spend the next few days cleaning up after them. There were two broken screens, the doors are installed backwards and 5here are no handles on the outside sliders. I have been calling and calling and Evin will not return my call and they are telling me I have to pay $600 more for the correct screens that they miss ordered.
