When it was my turn for assistance, Ron told me to go to the aisle and wait on him. There were three males behind me, and he began helping them. I approached and confronted Ron, as I was the next to be helped. He again told me to go to the plumbing aisle and he would come. I did NOT, but instead confronted Ron as to why he was helping them when I was next in line. He continued to help the other three males behind me even as I stood there watching, and, in fact, they were all checking out when Ron came to help me. I don't spend my money in businesses that treat me like a second class citizen. I hope Home Depot and Lowe's puts them out of business. DISGUSTING!!!

Lowes have refused to replace or properly correct the problem. This is UNACCEPTABLE for window/slider installation, considering the cost. I expected Lowed to stand behind the products and installation and provide a solution when there was a clear water intrusion issue. My experience has been frustrating and unresolved.

For over 25 years Tri County has been owned by Veronica Nix. They have a warehouse that stocks over 14,000 items and they offer delivery service. Tri County sells hardware and care items and food for horses, dog, cats, and birds domesticated and wild. I was drawn in by their eclectic mix of statues and yard art signs outside. There is a giraffe, horse, and a motorcycle made out of tires. Inside the store is a little bit of everything. They have a wide variety of items to care for your animals friends. I think this is the first combination hardware/ animal care store I have ever come across. I love small businesses where you can easily get help and have your questions answered by knowledgeable people. Keep the mom and pop stores in business and shop the independent stores.

Incompetent! Do not…read moreuse Treasure Coast Locksmith!! We recently purchased a home and wanted the front door lock changed, using a Yale programmable lock. From the beginning, we knew we had made a mistake when the appointment was for 3pm and the "locksmith" eventually showed up at 6:30pm after I called them at 4pm asking where they were. A courtesy phone call from them would have been appreciated telling me that they were delayed and another call telling me that they were on their way. Now onto the installation itself.... the "locksmith " had trouble understanding the installation instructions as well as the programming sequence. Remember, this was a Yale lock, not a no-name brand. Once we Googled the instructions and had him follow those instructions, the lock finally worked. After 2 hours, he departed the house and left the front door wide open!! When I went to shut the door I noticed that he had not cleaned up after himself, leaving wood chips both inside and outside the house, the strike plate laying on the floor still in its plastic bag, having never been screwed into the door frame, and he never removed the protective sheet before installing the lock to the door, leaving plastic showing from behind the lock! Conclusion - totally incompetent!!! Do not use!!
