This is my tried and true place to get my manicures or pedicures. I've strayed away from them and instantly regreted it. They took their time doing my nails to ensure my nails looked good. I had gotten some color changing powder nails done at another shop that left my nail unhealthy and thin. This ship took their time and let the acetone clean up my nails and put on some oil solution to help my nails get healthy. My nail technician really knew what she was doing and was very gentle with my hands. What I loved: I brought my own gel nail polish and my technician was happy to oblige me. She did my nails so well that it has stayed on for almost the whole month now. My nails looked so good as well, I was happy to pay the price for the service rendered. read more

I would not recommend this place. I went in for a simple shellac manicure on 10/06/2022 and less than 24 hours later one of my nails have already chipped away. The nail technician wasn't paying attention to how many coats he had put on my Index finger, he was to busy looking at his phone and over layered my nail which it later formed a bubble and popped. Plus on top he did a crappy job filing my nails, he didn't even bother trimming them with a nail clipper. All this is not worth the $35 plus tip. I rather pay else where for this type of service in the future and now I have to go find another establishment to fix this issue, cause I would rather pay someone else than go back. read more

This place is horrible. Horrible costumer service! I got a shellac manicure (baby blue) and later on I noticed the polish was turning brown. I went back to see if they could redo them or at least explain to me what was happening. Instead of helping me, the owner decided to argue with me and began talking down to me. I've been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time this has happened. I don't recommend coming here. If I could put a negative star I would but since I'm forced to put ONE I will. Never again will I go to this place. I got a Gel fill-in here yesterday and first the shapes were uneven so I had to beg for them to be fixed and they still weren't good but I let it be , the gel was peeling as soon as I took my nails from under the UV light , I showed him and he put a top coat on it like that's supposed to fix. I told him it was still peeling and asked for a color change he said no. In an HOUR of leaving , the GEL polish was coming off and smudging. I didn't feel like going back yesterday so went back this morning asking them could I get some of my money back or something and I was told no but I could get it fixed I said no I want to be refunded some of my money and I was showing them my nails. The guy that did my nails came up to me yelling asking me " WHAT DID YOU DO?" There salon is good the prices are affordable as well. I forgot her name but she had did my new set of acrylics and I absolutely love them. She didn't take long at all, believing she's been doing nails for years. And shaped them well, didn't need to keep filing them or anything so I'm happy (: also trimmed my natural nails without asking, some salons don't do that unless you ask. I've gotten my toes done as well here once, the price is good as well, but I prefer SA nails when I get my toes done. My French tip acrylics were $35 + 5 and they give you 10% military so I only had to pay $36 which isn't bad at all. read more

It was my first time & I really wanted to like this place so it could become my go to.... When I walked in I was greeted and sat right away. I showed the tech a picture for an idea of what I wanted & she said she would make them 'very nice.' I should have know that 'very nice' meant very pricey I was trying to get an idea of their pricing while getting my nails done so I could know what to ask for but their prices were no where to be found online & they have them all blacked out on the menu they have on the wall. After I left I made the assumption I got charged $60 for the set & $5 for each nail with a design... total of $80. I liked my nails at first but then I started to notice a couple of really noticiable bumps on the acrylic, especially the pinky. Within a week I noticed lifting on multiple nails & a couple of days later one nail had completely popped off. Today my daughter and went to get a pedi/mani to relax and get the chair massage. The Place was very busy but were able to get in pretty quick. And Of course they asked what kind of pedicure we wanted and i said the basic one. She said you don't want the next one up because we don't scrape off the dead skin from the heel with the basic one.. I know when i go to other salons they do include that with basic pedicures.We sat and turned on the massage chairs they weren't even working properly i asked the Manager if chairs were not working and he said yes they work. but when he went to turn on it wouldn't stay on he moved me to another one and same thing darn thing was happening. UPDATED: This place has no business even operating at all if anything it seems like they don't care what they do to people as far as health and safety regulations are concerned which obvious common sense they get mad when you don't do things their way like for example I came in for a service to be done on my nails recently to give them a second chance since my last review which was a big mistake on my part since they really squandered it with their ignorance i came in for a full set of acrylics and the other person who does nails in this place tried to push me into getting solar in which i said no they get mad when they don't get their way so they start doing sloppy work to make your nails look you like a child do them to be petty if they don't get their way and all because i asked for a brand new buffer they get all mad and offended because i told them the one that was sitting at the "work station" of this person had been overused and i didn't know how many people that'd been used on before i walked in and if there was possibly cross contamination of blood on it and when i brought it up to the girl in the front named "tracy" she tried to side with them at first and even make fun of deafness (i'm fully deaf in one ear and only have a small bit of hearing left in the other) since the environment in this place was too loud i couldn't hear what she was saying so i turned my head to hear her and she makes fun of me saying "why you no look at me when i talk to you" and i told her as nicely as possibly i'm deaf and she does it again mind you in front of her client she does this and the client intervened and said she is deaf she can't hear you and then this twit tracy says she'll redo the set the person she originally told to do my nails messed up on just to be petty so she had me soak in acetone and left me sitting there for almost an entire hour and had some other one try and force the acrylic (MMA powder) off my nails with his hand and pull some of my nail off in the process and then once they buffed my nails he brings the overused one that they were supposed to throw away on my hands and then the "owner" tried to tell me oh that tracy is done for the day once her client leaves and that no one else wants to do the service because of the whole buffer thing which i had a legitimate reason to ask for a brand new buffer because buffers that have been used shouldn't be repeatedly used on customers due to cross contamination especially if you've caused blood to come out of your clients finger more then once because that becomes a safety issue due to not knowing if your client has a communicable disease like (example: HIV, Hep A B or C) which is spreadable by bodily fluids including blood but i ended up having to go to another shop on the other side of the street to have the service done correct and the way i want without feel like i was being pushed into these things i didn't want done and the nail tech and the place i went to had to be super careful on my hands while doing the nails because i started crying because it burned so bad and the cuts were so bad i told her if she didn't want to do it i could wait in which i had to since what KD nails did (this place left me with cuts and burns all over my hands from the prolonged time of soaking my hands in acetone and that they didn't even care that they rough handled my hands) if anything i'll be glad when the TDLR gets enough reports about them and their way of unprofessionalism that for them they seem to care more about the money instead of the health and safety of their clients that they'd rather throw the boot at people for trying to make sure the service is right since these people are paying for a service to be done correctly and not end up with a high medical bill for funguses or bacterial infections due to this places negligence i think people should really AVOID KD NAILS AT ALL COSTS they don't care about your health or safety they're just money hungry Vietnamese people who has no respect for us people. read more

Do not go here they are not nice and they do not care. I have given them several chances but I would make an appointment and then once I got there they either made an appointment with another customer and ask me to wait or I would end up waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hrs. The managers/owners won't get involved I had the female manager/owner tell me it's not my problem your her customer. This place was dirty and I now have an infection in my toe. When I first went it the chair they told me to sit in had an big puddle of water all around it on the ground. When I pointed this out to them the had me sit at the chair next to it which wasn't even out of the puddle. Once I got in the chair and feet in water I asked where the remote was to adjust the chair and turn on the massage function. There wasn't one. I was then moved to another chair, all of which looked pretty worn and dirty. They use those plastic liners though so I didn't worry about that too much. So I turn on the massage function on this chair and it also doesn't work. Only stays on for like 15 seconds then quits. So now the girl starts finally doing my pedicure. She gives me the menu and asks which one I want which I say the basic. She isn't happy with that and insists I need a more expensive one to get rid of calluses. I say ok. She asks me if I want a manicure too and I say no, three times. She even grabs at my hands and I pull them away from her. As she's doing my pedicure I'm looking at my phone and every time she gets dirt or dead skin off my foot she feels the need to get my attention and point it out to me. She digs really deep in my big toe to get an ingrown nail and I immediately get upset because this tool she's using looks like she just pulled it out of some dirty cup of tools that weren't sanitized. She also cut way too deep into my toe and now that toe is all swollen and red and painful. I will not be going back there ever read more
