I recently had a foot injury/surgery, so I haven't had a pedicure since last year due to foot being in a cast So I explained to my Wonderful & Talented Skilled Technician Tiffany *(Thu)* Real Vietnamese name She was Most Excellent & Very Attentive to my particular need's & issue's. Got Treated like Royalty from her & Bossman that catered to me with some yummy Vietnamese Coffee. Came here early enough to beat the rush of ladies getting dolled up. I really wanted to love this place because it is close to my home. It all started great. I made an appointment online. I got there a little early and they were able to get me in as soon as arrived. They say me down at the pedicure station, and I met the first person that set me up with the water and the chair. The lady that started my pedicure was very nice, but she was also very pushy. She kept trying to get me to do other services. I told her several times that I didn't want to do my hand nails. Long story short, I got my nails to my hands done as well because I can't say no very well. I like going to a place and getting the service that I requested and not being pushed into getting another service. This is the reason I am not returning here. Otherwise, the place is beautiful and clean. They have a lot of colors to choose room. Everyone I interacted with was nice. Prices are about the same as most locations. I think the dip was about five dollars more than I typically pay. They do offer you alcohol cocktails. Parking is on site. read more

Love the color. Guy was rough with my nails. Didn't shape them. He didn't ask but I didn't face time to tell him. He told me to wash my hands. I sat back down and he disappeared. The lady looked at me and asked me if I need anything and I said my guy disappeared. I thought he was going come back and put lotion on my hands and she did not say one word. My nail tech was awesome but he did get up several times to attend to other customers so he would have to stop what he was doing and start again he would apologize but still my 20 to 40 minute fill lasted much longer. The facility was great they had like a pedicure private room in case you wanted to reserve and they had mellow music and tvs. They will offer you a variety of drinks at the national am actual bar. Yet unless they hire more Staff for now I don't think I'm coming back anytime soon. read more

I came here excited to try a new nail salon that opened close to my home. I wanted a gel pedicure at the basic level for about $35. The gel polish cost an extra $20. The person who applied the polish didn't let the polish completely dry, several nails had polish on my cuticle, and he didn't file the shape of the nails. In my opinion, it's a waste of time and money for what you're paying, especially if you have to come back again for them to fix it because the original person didn't do it right. On a more positive note, they did fix the service for free and without hesitation. read more

First off, beautiful place. Complimentary drinks are nice. I had a Vietnamese coffee. I was a walk-in for a pedicure and manicure with regular nail polish. I chose a glittery green. Im unsure if the paint had gone bad, but after sitting for over 15 min with a fan for them to dry, I left because the one I touched felt dry. The polish was uneven and clumpy. Litteraly an hour later, I could pinch the polish off of my nails, and it came off whole. Had to repaint my hands at home. My toes also were missing nail polish on parts of my nails. Another woman who worked there paused and was just staring at the lady painting my nails, and her face showed concern but did not say anything. It was more than I normally pay for a mani and pedi to have to redo my nails at home. But at least got dead skin removed, so it wasn't a total waste of money. read more

I have been to this establishment several times and I've even brought my daughter. I'd say most of my interactions at this place have been positive until recently. I recently had a pedi appointment with a nail tech and I let them know that I was running a few minutes late. I arrived 6 minutes past the time I was scheduled for my appointment and was told the nail tech with whom I had the appointment was not available because I was late. When I sat down with another nail tech, I realized the nail tech who I had an appointment with was more than half way into a pedi with another customer. Granted I was a few minutes late, I had confirmed with the establishment that I was on my way. The new nail tech that I was assigned to did not do a great job. In the middle of my pedi she went to work on another customer, leaving me there for about 15 minutes waiting in cold water. She also did not shape my nails correctly. I paid $85 for a "basic" pedi that was not up to par. ($10 for gel removal, $15 extra dollars for chrome, and $10 for tip--I was upset, but I'm not a jerk as people depend on tips.) Needless to say, this place, although clean and appealing, is overpriced. To give the place the benefit of the doubt, I still came back after two previous failed fills (hands). After this most recent experience, I will not be returning. I've given them several tries and the service is inconsistent. I can go to similar shops in the area and pay much less. I'd rather save some money and get better results and customer service. read more

The this the 2nd time I've gone first time the nail polish was all splotchy and uneven and my toe nails were uneven. There was no attempt to make them even. I figured maybe it was an off day. So I gave them another chance. Same thing! While the massage was ok, the nail polish is all over the place and there was no attempt again to file down the top of my nail.
