I showed up on time for my appointment at 3 PM. They were a little bit busy understandably so I was OK with waiting. After 45 minutes went by without them, providing drinks or any service at all, they proceeded to first service two women that came in over an hour late for their 2 PM appointment before me. Since I was planning on getting a manicure and a pedicure and we were nearing an hour without any services being performed, I decided to just say I wanted to get my manicure done since I honestly did not have 3 to 4 hours to spare. They proceeded to say they didn't have anyone to do my manicure, a simple all white gel no design, and I would have to wait until they were done with women who arrived after me. Of course being the only black person in the build was awkward but I try to not assume the worst of people . Maybe they have poor planning for availability and maybe they were confused about who was there first. And maybe they also forgot how their late policy typically works , making those who are late for their appointments wait behind those on time. But who knows it was just a poor experience over all and a waste of an hour and a half receiving no services despite having an appointment. read more

Tried this spot out because reviews said Natalie was good! Well that was a lie she is not good and her customer service is trash! Actually the only nice person was rude at the counter! I asked for a specific design before she even started my nails she said yes I can do it! That was a lie she couldn't and I ended up with these ugly basic nails that I guess they give to everybody! I'll input picture cause I'm going to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed! Shoulda had her take these things off!!!!! Never ever again will I step foot at this nail shop! I went last wednesday (6-22-22) got a full set, everything was fine. 6 days later three of my nails pop off. and i'm like okay that's never happened before with acrylics. I call today (6-29-22) to ask if they can fix my nails since i've only had them for a week. the same girl that did my nails last week did them today. not only did she cut my nails too short so the lengths don't even match, but she used a different acrylic color. so now 3/10 of my nails don't match the rest. never going back again. read more

Despite a few bad reviews, I decided to give this place a try. My pedi experience was good. I requested a specific nail tech for my nails but didn't get that person. I went with it. The guy was okay until he started getting a bit annoyed with me. I requested that he file a bit more to even out my nails (coffin). He insisted that my finger was crooked and tried handing me the nail file! And other techs had to help him. Sorry, but I will not be returning to this location. read more

do not come here. i just left this salon with the worst french tip toes i have ever seen in my life. i asked for acrylic on my big toes and on one of them the acrylic isn't even covering the whole nail. the french tips are so crooked and uneven and unnecessarily thick. i couldn't find the courage to say anything so i sat there and literally cried. the guy who did my toes was so rough and literally scrubbed my SKIN with the brushes they give you to wash your nails with after they're done shaping them when you get acrylic and there's dust everywhere. the skin on my feet is burning now because it was scrubbed raw and i have to go get my own nail supplies to fix this. i'm literally crying in my car. i used to come here so much. i will never come back. read more

I came here because I have yet to find a good nail salon here in SA. Some mag think Red Flag, which I get but that is not the case. I don't mind paying a lot or my nail tech taking their time. I just like my nails done correctly. I want quality in what I'm paying for. Anyway, I came here with my bf yesterday, cause this girl was way over due for a pedi and I needed a new set as well. The pedis was fine. He did a good job, aside from not really getting under my big toe where there's growth for a hang nail. Other than that, it was good abs for $45, I'm not gonna harp on that. What I did have an issue with is how my acrylics were removed. I had an older lady, who was very sweet, till I informed her that I would only be wanting my nails removed and jot a full set out on , as I was pressed for time since my pedicure took longer than usual. Anyway I'm sitting there and she uses the drill to take the topcoat off, per usual removal for the acetone to soak through, but she never did that latter. She took a tip and used it to lift the acrylic from my nail. I was talking to my bf before I noticed this was happening. For small pieces that won't come off I can understand but she did this for both hands! That is beyond damaging to the nail and could've caused my nail to split had they been thinner. To charge $15 for that is ridiculous. She filed them down in length but I left there with nails that weren't buffed from the lifting. $15 for a removal is fairly standard, however with the manner in which they were removed is ridiculous. read more

I'm not sure what to think of this salon. The first time I went I asked for a simple acrylic set and the man that did them rushed my left hand. My right hand was looking nice but when I looked over at my left hand it was very bumpy, not filed right and some areas was missing the color. I went again for a second time and this is what made me have mixed feelings about this salon. Once again I got a simple acrylic set and this time they came out really nice, the only thing was the lady that did them was being very rude. First she literally ripped the previous nails I had and I noticed that she damaged my nails beds by doing so. Throughout the whole time she kept pushing my fingers instead of asking me politely to move them. Eventually she got frustrated that my hand was "stiff" and my fingers were in the way that she had stopped what she was doing and forced me to look at their tv instead of looking at the set. Every time I go get my nails done I let the nail tech have complete control over my hands so I have no idea what she was frustrated about. Not only that but to have me look away from the set that I'm paying you to do on my hands is very weird, I just want to make sure that I'm liking them is all. Towards the end of the set she had me put my hands under the uv light, as usual, but she just kept trying to forcefully shove my hands in there even though there was not enough space for me to cram my whole hand plus an extra inch of nails. I have never been treated in such a way until she did my nails. I wish I had gotten her name but when I tried asking, I don't know if she heard me or spoke softly. I'm starting to contemplate even going again after both experiences. read more
