Nancy was great at giving a pedicure but I am a bit bummed that I did not say anything while I was at the salon. I had asked for the milk and honey pedicure but she came back with the "Pearl" one which has an odd smell. I'm normally pretty easy going but hindsight, I wish I would have stuck to my additional request. Secondly, the number "300" gel polish is what I had asked for but it tuned out a lot lighter of a purple color. $30 extra for the color-- ($20 for gel and an extra $10 charge because it was allegedly a mermaid shade). I've had mermaid before and this definitely isn't it. But yeah, disappointed in that I didn't get what I had asked for. I loved my technician Mai but my shellac only lasted 3 days before it started chipping & also the nail under it broke. Now after only one week, my pinkie nail fell off completely. I wanted to love this place! I might give it another try but will definitely address my issues because again, it's only been 7 days & this should not be happening. They have a 20% off special going on as part of their grand opening! UPDATE: I went back to have my nails fixed. The lady up front (who is super sweet!) set me up with Sam. He did my nails completely 1/2 price (shellac) again, & I couldn't be happier. He took his time to shape my nails into the perfect coffin look. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Probably one of the worst pedicures I've ever got the lady was so rough and was in a rush she cut me on my second toe and it hurts sooo much. You get a free drink but it was hard for her to explain what was available because she didn't really speak English very well so I just said wine. Little did I know there's margaritas which looked pretty good. Let me say my skin is softer and nicer. My nails on the other hand... my nails were cut way shorter than they should have been so when it came to filing them, she was basically sanding down skin. I was so excited when this opened right around the corner from my house, but the service here has been horrendous every time I've tried it. Most recently my teenage daughter and I went in to get a pedicure and got the deluxe 40 minute option. The gentleman switched out my daughters OPI nail polish with the same color in Shellac and never said a word. He didn't use all of the exfoliant scrub or lotion and was done with the entire pedicure in under 15 minutes. When I told him that seemed pretty quick he said yep and left. I went to get a dip on Friday 11/13, but the next day FIVE nails had chipped. Thankfully, they have a seven day guarantee... so I went back Monday 11/16 to fix the 5. By today, Friday 11/20 three more chipped! I tried this place for the first time because it was highly recommended, not sure if I got a nail tech that just didn't know what she was doing... or if the color I chose was bad. Either way, my nails typically last 3-4 weeks before lifting. I am really disappointed and feel like I wasted money because my eight of my nails didn't last a week! read more

*** BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE*** A friend and I went in today for a Pedi and when asked what we wanted we clearly stated we wanted the classic sea salt pedi. The guy doing the pedi then ask what scent we wanted and listed off a few we told him and that was that. Pedicure was okay and massage wasn't long at all (but to be expected considering it was a basic pedi) but then when it was time to pay he took my card and charged me 48.00 when the classic was only 28.00. That's a 20.00 difference!!!! Talk about rip off!!!! When I asked him why it was so much he said for the pedicure and for removal... (removal of what I have no clue) they did how ever put a fake toenail on one of my toes since I had broken it which still didn't explain the 20.00 extra charge. He then got mad and said he would give me 10.00 back after trying to embarrass my friend and I like we were lying about what pedi we requested. But I still didn't understand what the 10.00 charge on top of the 28.00 was for because I know the fake toe nail tip didn't cost 10.00. This is the closest nail salon to where I live so I was so excited for it to open however the first time I went it wasn't amazing (i just got a pedicure) so I thought I would give it a try the second time for both a pedi and full set. I should not have. The lady doing my pedicure cut the side of my foot (now i have a scab there since it's been 2 weeks) the guy doing my full set was very rough and cut me on my finger?? Like i don't even know how he cut my finger where he cut me bc the thing shouldn't even been near that part of the finger... anyways 3 cuts later I leave and I'm not SUPER happy with my nails and I'm in pain from these cuts. Now fast forward 2 weeks literally half of my nails are cracked and I am so confused bc I get my nails done regularly and this never happens till around 3-4 weeks for me. This business is new. From my experience, it is rare to find technicians who inflict pain to the toes and hands. I am writing about two different nail technicians. Both times hands and toes were cut too low. After two days, my nails and toes still hurt. One finger is still swollen from digging too deep into the cuticles. My daughter just left this nail salon. They were rude, the man was in her face and just disrespectful. she was trying to tell him what she wanted and as she was he was in his phone taking a phone call as she was asking about the nails. He kept going up in price after initially saying $57 total. when asked about the length, he cut them after she was saying maybe a little bit longer he proceeded to cut theft hand. After she said it's a little bit too short, that's where all the disrespect came from. I'm the customer and if I feel as if my nails that I am paying for aren't long enough i would like it the way I want to. He proceeded to get rude and hostile cutting the nails done very quickly almost cutting my finger. He then said "I can go somewhere else" I said I defiantly will, very disrespectful.
