Be careful -- I would avoid this company at all costs…read more I recently used their services, and the experience was beyond unacceptable. While backing down the driveway to drop off the dumpster, the driver hit a power line, causing it to arc against the truck. It nearly killed me, another worker, and the driver himself. Instead of taking the situation seriously, the driver laughed, told us to "call National Grid," and left before National Grid or the police even arrived. The next day, they came flying down the driveway to grab the dumpster and leave as quickly as possible, trying to refuse to even get out of the truck to speak with us -- despite the fact that we had rented the dumpster for an entire week. When I called the office, the woman I spoke with confirmed it was the owner driving and brushed it off by saying, "accidents happen." The owner also stated they would cover the damages caused. I paid for the dumpster in full, but now they are completely ghosting me while I try to work with them on estimates and repair quotes. Thankfully, I have everything documented, including the admission of responsibility, on video.
