After using Kearney Eye, im on my way back to the old office quick and in a hurry. Everytime I come here, one of the members of the staff- dont know or care what she does - is the rudest thing to deal with. Luckily shes not a receptionist that represents the company because she would turn clients off completely. She tries to make you feel dumb for asking questions most of us dont know the answer to or she mansplains it. Last time I was here, she was the most insensitive person in the building, probably the only insensitive one. My child was upset and all we got was this callous human being. Leanne could benefit GREATLY from sensitivity training or just basic human decency. The receptionists are usually very sweet but her demeanor overshadows everything else i like about this place. It's a shame

The lymph node was sent off for biopsy after removal. Someone from ENT Physicians Of Kearney called my wife and left a very cryptic voicemail that they needed to see us this week and it was very urgent. Obviously we suspected cancer might be one of the causes of the swollen lymph node that's why it was sent off for biopsy. I called Kearney ENT back 30 times and left multiple voicemails and heard nothing. Then when they finally decided to call me back, they said they would see me on Thursday, (mind you this is Monday) And refused to tell me anything else. Then I received another phone call saying they would see me the next day because they had urgent news. I'm very well aware that people who work the phones cannot disclose information obviously something as big as Cancer , but answer the phone when someone calls you especially if you're calling them to make an appointment to tell them that their child has cancer I don't remember your name on who was snotty with me when you finally called me back after I called 30 times but shame on you and I hope you never have to go through this as a parent.

I have sent in a correction request for this business. They have 2 different businesses within the…read moresame building. The doctors and surgeons are ground-floor, and the rehab center and therapists in the basement area. I have been to both. My present, occasional, visits are to an orthopedic surgeon Dr. Neilson (sp?). Injury followup visit today. Entire staff is great and this is a busy place with lots of people working in various capacities besides the doctor staff. Everyone is great and happy here. Their office experience is terrible. I've had appointments that I got told to be there 15 minutes early but I wasn't seen for 45 minutes. Most recently, I was informed to stay ahead of pain after a procedure was done and if I needed different medicine to call. I called on-call when pain was too much. Got told to either suffer through night with ibuprofen Tylenol and to call back in morning or go to ER. Yes I had surgery one day, was told to call if I needed help, to be told to go to ER surgery night. I highly recommended this place before. In addition to other issues that happened, I'm looking for another Dr.
