Tenant went on to miss 4-5 payments and we had to file eviction paperwork. On move out day a complete stranger was found to be living in our house all along. very stressful and costly experience. We were never compensated or refunded $22,000 in costs, damage and otherwise. MLPM failed in every way- finding a good tenant, checking on our house, and compensating us for the costs of these failures. It's taken me a couple years to finally post this because it's now clear they are never going to resolve this and it makes me frustrated every time I think about it.
