Due to the weekend following week I contact the court they claim the filing was improper and rejected the motion. Contact her back again at this point ask for a refund "wait I'll look into this" no It's been 2 months you should have already been looking into this I've only called 15 times, and I'm not even in the Court cue of cases to be heard. Craig Mueller was referred to me by a friend, he helped that friend with a DUI and Craig did the same for me with my DUI case. From my initial consultation he told me exactly what I would be needing to do, what classes to take and what the outcome would be. As soon as I left his office I enrolled in the classes needed and finished everything as soon as I could. He attended all my court appearances for me and it wasn't until the very last court date which was my sentencing that I had to appear before the judge.
