So many bad things about this place I don't know where to start. Ordered several items and was told…read moreseveral times all items were in and ready to be installed. First trip the only thing they could install was the replacement bumper and ranch hand. Which took about 7 hours. Couldn't find the tool box we ordered. Few days later called and talked to the manager and she said the tool box was in the back and she verified it was there. Second trip to have tool box and hitch installed on one vehicle and bed cover and cargo manager on another one turned out horrible! Took 6 hours to install the hitch and that was even done incorrectly. They miss-measured and now there is a gap between the hitch and bed liner. Tool box was installed fine. Then get told they do not have all the stuff to install the bed cover and cargo manager. Extremely unprofessional. Will not do business with again.
