We told the Valvoline people that and they tried to make us replace it with them. Said no. They put it back, but the second we get on the highway this piece starts dragging on the ground!!! We quickly pull up to Xcessive Auto Repair and the guys here (ask for G!!!) were able to remove the piece and get us on our way. If you're thinking about going to some random chain shop anywhere in San Angelo-- DONT. Come HERE. They'll treat you personally and actually know what they're doing. It is a Tesla Model S so many places won't try, but Meineke went and got the tires I needed and helped with my warranty claim while I charged up at a local spot before coming in. Prices are drastically different, and customer service is condescending and often opportunistic with silly "inspection fees." Then there are the complete rip-offs that lack diagnostic abilities and should not be in business. I spoke with Jesse, who is honest, knows his business well, and doesn't need to resort to price gouging or surprise inspection fees. They repaired the car quickly and consulted with me before costing me a penny. Jesse gave me reasonable options and stood by his quote. He gave me an excellent detailed quote for repairs I will also need in the future. I'll never take my car to any other shop in West Texas.
