We went for an early dinner and the restaurant want better crowded when we got there. We were seated right away. This was probably the best Indian food I've ever had. We did two meal deals (starter and main course for 17 pounds). For starters we got the Chicken Pakora and Vegetable Samosas. The Chicken Pakora was just ok, but the Samosas were very good. For our main courses we got the Karahi Curry with lamb and the Makhan Tikka which came with chicken. Both were incredibly delicious. I think I preferred the Karahi Curry only because the chicken was a little dry and the lamb was much better, but both sauces were very good. For our sides we got rice and cheesey garlic naan. I highly recommend the cheesey garlic naan -- it was delicious. Our food was a little slow to come out, but our service was good. We had two different servers recommend the dishes we ended up getting as our main course and we were very happy with them. I would highly recommend coming here if you're in the area!

The staff seem happy to help those who have difficulties by carrying pushchairs or bags, etc. They also do a take away service and the restaurant is open at lunchtimes as well as evenings. Sometimes you're lucky and can park in the street outside or around the corner, otherwise there is a large car park directly opposite (costing £2).

Ordered house special saffron rice and chicken korma and lamb rogan josh poppadoms etc. The meal arrived within ten minutes, and it was absolutely delicious- the meat was very nice not this tumbled chicken you tend to get now and the lamb was succulent and soft it melted in your mouth. The owner was a great hospitable guy who could not do enough for you, and his wife and the young English guy waiter were very friendly. The meal cost £28.50 for two people absolute bargain. The waiter who looked after us was so attentive and really looked after us, taking the time to explain anything we asked about on the menu. We did end out going for our usual, of course (Chicken Tikka Masala) which was rich and delicious with amazing chicken, with pilau rice and peshwari naan, which was so fresh and delicious. It was an absolute treat to be able to enjoy a meal here and we will definitely be back.
