Aside from that the establishment is pretty clean and the employees have been around for 10 plus years. All the equipment seats and procedures are very clean and professional. Getting in and out is pretty decent and I advise people to go on Monday and Saturdays as these are the slowest days of the week. Payment will be based on your weight and other varying factors but good gas money to say the least. If they call you Lifesaver because donating plasma definitely does save lives, at least as far as the public knows. Go donate and save a life

The worst part is there is absolutely no way to get ahold of them to see if they have reopened. Couldn't take the time to say still closed on the answering machine so instead, donors have to drive there to see. Somethings smells fishy maybe they lost their license and are stalling???!!! Proceed with caution and know it could be a 2 hour wait if they ever decide to reopen.

Constant prolonged side conversations and lines are consistently wrapped around the whole place: both the screening line AND the line to donate. Are they understaffed? This is a consistent problem. It seems there's no regard for time in this place. There'll be 1 person screening the longest line of people. Is there anyone here? At all? It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and the people who work there are friendly. This has been my go-to spot now for a bit. There are tvs for you to relax and watch. If you give platelets you get your OWN tv with various movies and bonus channels. They have a good selection of drinks and snacks once you are done donating too. Make an appointment on their website because it's easier and then you won't have a wait!
