I was so impressed with the care I received at the Derm Center. I saw Autumn Newman, NP. She was thorough and patient with all my questions and made sure I was educated on various treatment plans. It was also really nice because their office also has Botox and microneedling! The office was clean and there was coffee and water in the waiting room, and I didn't have to wait long for my appt. I received text messages before my appt so I knew what I needed to pay upfront which was nice. Highly recommend The Derm Center! read more

I followed my NP Emily Brewer over to this new practice from another office and absolutely love the space. Front desk is great, which is something you don't always find around here. I did wait a little longer than usual to see Emily, but the amount of time she spent in the room with me was much longer than the other office allowed her with clients. The space is clean, modern and welcoming. If you're looking for a dermatologist that listens and is a joy to see, highly recommend trying The Derm Center. read more

The friendliest and most caring dermatology group in Chattanooga. The office is beautiful and you're always greeted with a smile at the front desk. It's so nice to be treated like a person and finally find specialists that make you feel genuinely cared about. read more

Love and highly recommend The Derm Center! Their front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is inviting and makes you feel at home. Autumn Newman is very thorough and always takes the time to discuss any concerns. Love this office and all the friendly, helpful people!! read more

came here 11/2023. had a good experience but upon receiving my eob realized was overcharged my copay. When I reached out instead of correcting their mistake, they sent me through hoops and hurdles and tried to act like they couldn't find my payment. TYJ I always pay with a card and keep a record. There are so many nice dermatologists in Chattanooga, please find another one! One that does attempt to take advantage or discriminate. the lack of professionalism is astounding.if you go DO NOT LET THEM OVERCHARGE YOU! read more

Would not recommend this place to anyone. They placed a knowingly recalled iud inside of me…read moreaccidentally, stating "we just walked into an office and grabbed one from a pile not realizing they were put out because of recall" . Then could not tell me why it was recalled but Google states because of uterine perforation. Whenever Dr. Raley called regarding the incident it was from a private number not clinic but my pcp only ever called from the clinic. They refused to work me in quickly to fix their mistake, scheduled me with providers I don't know without asking or telling me. Only offered to refer me out which "you know could take weeks" while a recalled device is inside of me. They also did not notify my pcp who was the one who set me up to get an iud. Procedure day, they try to play it off like I had the iud for a week then it was recalled which is not what I was told at all. Also, during the second procedure while I was undressed with my legs up, other providers and techs were coming in and out of the room so much so my fiance who was with me asked me after if that was normal. As an RN who also works in primary care, im just very appalled and have established care elsewhere. Everyone was nice but the professionalism and pt care is just not there.
