I wanted to know which would be more helpful and was informed that giving platelets would be more helpful, however, it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I had the time so I opted to donate platelets. Once I went to the donation chair everyone was super nice and accommodating making sure I had drinks and snacks to keep me comfortable. From check-in till the time I finished was a 45 minute process. The staff here are so so kind! Everyone is super friendly and have great attitudes. My personal phlebotomist who took care of me today did a wonderful job at providing great service. She was friendly, kind, very attentive to me.
