I received an email reminder on the 4th of May in addition to an email notification that the appointment time was pushed to later the same day. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up, no one called, no one answered the phone. The vehicle was not detailed for our special event. There has been no effort to explain or apologize. However, when I got through the car wash, my car was still very wet and there was soap left in numerous spots. I had to pull the car over and get a towel out of my car to remove the soap. Then I started noticing that there were still love bugs all over the front of my car. My car is only two weeks old and I usually wash it at Mr. car wash, to keep the love bugs which eat at the paint finish. I ended up taking my towel and getting it wet from all of the water left on my car, and rubbing on numerous love bug spots still on the paint to try and remove them. Maybe there is an adjustment that you can make for this type of thing with your machines? I paid $22 which included five dollars additional for a special paint saving additive that your attendant recommended.
