However, when I got through the car wash, my car was still very wet and there was soap left in numerous spots. I had to pull the car over and get a towel out of my car to remove the soap. Then I started noticing that there were still love bugs all over the front of my car. My car is only two weeks old and I usually wash it at Mr. car wash, to keep the love bugs which eat at the paint finish. I ended up taking my towel and getting it wet from all of the water left on my car, and rubbing on numerous love bug spots still on the paint to try and remove them. Maybe there is an adjustment that you can make for this type of thing with your machines? I paid $22 which included five dollars additional for a special paint saving additive that your attendant recommended.

Building a facility of this magnitude is a sizable investment and not something that can be repurposed easily if it were to fail so it's a commitment to service and technology. I know from experience that all car washes are not created equal, the prices, quality of the wash and services provided are all over the map. This recently open car wash has been on my radar from the start of its construction. One of the challenges to consider is how do you provide a quality wash that will keep customers coming back yet conserve water and chemicals and manage the effluent in a responsible manner. The process is pretty simple and efficient so efficient in fact that you may question how could an express wash produce positive results. I will say I was amazed of how fast the process was from the time I drove up to the kiosks to choose my options and pay to the time the blowers were shearing the water from my vehicle. Although it was tempting to choose one of the unlimited monthly plans I decided my first visit was a trial run so I put the $20 admission fee on my card. Although the unlimited option could prove to be the best value, it's unlimited washes is only at the level you choose per vehicle and I have three so the premium plan would cost me over $100 per month and that's something to really think about before making that decision at least it is for me. Just to be clear the unlimited washes are based on the level of service you choose at the time of purchase don't expect to buy the basic wash and return daily and get a premium wash. I was extremely happy with results but I have to say I have a preventative maintenance mind set so my vehicles are rarely really dirty so this program works fine for me, if you wash your vehicles only a few times a year and you expect hard detailed results you'll probably be disappointed although there are pre-wash stations prior to entering the wash that provides you with the opportunity to get out and scrub the bugs or brake dust yourself prior to having the attendants do a quick pre-wash to remove bugs. So If you need to catch up on your vehicle's exterior maintenance because of your lack of taking care of it the unlimited option may work best until you get back in the routine of washing your vehicle. I think sometimes you need to have reasonable expectations don't expect new car like results for twenty bucks after months of your neglect, this place is nice but they can't perform miracles even though it's seems some have ridiculous expectations then express their disappointment...

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!!

Today's experience was particularly noteworthy. My car was parked under oak trees at the dealership for two months as they waited for two computer modules to arrive due to the chip shortage situation. The dealership did wash my car but no one , including me, noticed the dark splotches on the roof. As I was going over the car in the well equipped bays at the car wash, I noticed them. It's no surprise they didn't come off during the wash cycle. That dirt was really difficult to get off. I asked Don, one of the key people, if he would let me re enter the wash prep section without having to go through the entire wash again. I explained the situation. He quickly grabbed some cleaning solution and tried to get some of the splotches out. After a few minutes, he told me to meet him in the prep area. Once there, he took one of the special purpose brushes and cleaned the entire roof for me. It gets better. I had gone through their top wash, so he instructed me to go through the car wash again at no charge. My car came out looking better than showroom shine. I told my neighbor about this exceptional experience and he said, "You just don't find that level of service anywhere today". Don really went out of his way and way above and beyond what I had requested or expected. He's the cherry on top of the great cake that is the Port Orange Sparkle and Shine Car Wash. Try it out. You will be very happy with the results. I recommend them highly.
