Came to this location on three separate occasions to do fingerprinting with an appointment. Twice the systems were down even when I called prior to confirm the systems are running. Stopped in to do a return and was not greeted or spoken to by the staff member for over 5 minutes. She was working on an issue with the printer with another guest, and on the phone with someone trying to figure it out, but I would have appreciated a quick "hello, I'll be right with you." I said hello and asked if I could do my simple return to which I was told no, she was busy. I left and ran another errand in the complex and return about 10 minutes later. I was then greeted and she scanned my return. Also taped up the package for me, which I appreciated. A little customer service really can go a long way. read more

Just a warning that they will not give you an inch of tape or a staple to seal any package you bring in. The manager was right there. I needed 2". Nope. Had to either buy tape for $4.25 or another $2 mailer. Sad. read more

Rude. Condescending. Poor customer service. I asked Patel to notarize a document for me. He said he could not, which is legitimate and I respect that. He was right. I have no issue with that. But he treated me like garbage, giving me short, terse answers without an explanation of what I needed to do to get my document notarized properly. He has lost all my future business and all the business from everyone I'm going to tell about this experience. UPS Stores are everywhere. You don't need to accept being treated this way. read more

Customer service at this store is horrible. It's as if the reps enjoy turning customers away. And the guy with the long ponytail is one of the main perpetrators. Very sarcastic. This is the only location I know of in this area that charges customers for tape when they have an Amazon shipping code. Horrible service! Took in a Amazon return. Had two things in one bag (which is the same bag Amazon shipped to me in) sealed up. They couldn't put both labels on the bag so I had to open the bag up to take the second thing out. Then was told I couldn't us the bag at all because now it's opened. And since he already scanned it I was forced to buy another bag. I couldn't even get the product back and ship later. I left this one and went to the ups on som center and they shipped my second thing in the bag that I just tore open at this store with no problems. Terrible service at the lyndhurt Ohio location. The guy that works there with the ponytail... just rude and not very helpful. I use UPS for my packages and was in the neighborhood so I stopped by this one to mail my packages, due to the terrible service and rude ponytail guy I left and went to another UPS store to ship my packages.
