They didn't put things back together properly so that 2 shoe hold-down springs came loose while I was on the road, locking up the rear wheel. I had to reverse to free it and heard the rattling all the way to my Illinois destination from Woodland, MI. They supposedly replaced a master cylinder seal but the brakes got steadily worse due to the leaking master cylinder and I had almost no brakes by the time I reached my destination. These guys are dangerous.

Stephen looked to see if there were any GM recalls and made time between appointments for my son to drive out so he could run a diagnostic. Austin & Stephen ended up finding a safety adjustment bulletin that would cover this issue with the power steering. Even though it was taking business away from them, they wanted to help save me some money if they could. I have an appt. to get this safety issue fixed at a dealership thanks to these guys. Now I take my lincoln there because it starts up then stalls it sat for 8 days with nobody looking at it then they call me saying it jumped time and needs timing chain they did not want to do the repair. I tow the lincoln home go in debt for a new vehicle thinking the lincoln is done I sell it for $800.00 dollars he takes it home changes the mass air flow sensor and it runs fine . Thanks a lot L&S for making me go 12,000.00 in debt and selling my vehicle for next to nothing because of your wrong diagnosis. You will never get my business again and I am contacting a lawyer !!
