I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer.
