Stay away from this business. They have no scruples. They gave me a price to fix my tractor, took my check and cashed it, and now they want much more money to release the truck. These people (owner) are petty, and the only way they survive is by scamming people. Was just there at 9am ( 8/14/2019) store opens at 9am or so I thought . Needed blower and trimmer. Seen man walking inside but never unlocked or opened the door. Waited until 9:15 and left. WORDT WORST WORST experience I ever had. I brought my lawn blower for repair through warranty. They tell me it's $40 for evaluating and once they find a warranty issue they would reimburse. They call me back and tell me that they found a warranty issue plus couple more and that it will be $200 for repairs, and also tells me that they won't return my $40 because there were other problems. I ask them if they can just fix the warranty issues but won't even listen to what I ask. He just claims that it will be a waste of time and not worth fixing. I mean, it is MY lawn blower that I bought with my money and I would like to decide what to do with my product but he wouldn't even listen to my opinion. Later I called the manufacturer company to address this problem and finally Keehn power products agreed to reimburse my $40 on that same day. What a scam and awful service. All they care about is getting money from you. They didn't even explain to me what the problems were and just asks for $200. RIDICULOUS. I really recommend, DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY WARRANTY PROBLEMS OR REPAIR. Especially to the guy named Rob. read more

I have been using Keehn Power Products ever since moving to the area close to 6 years ago. . They have always done a very good job servicing and maintaining my mower in the summer & snow blower in the winter. They have always been very responsive to any questions or problems I may have had. Last year after Sandy, I decided to have a new whole house generator installed (just like everyone else I'm sure!) Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and very knowledgeable. The crew they sent to do the install was professional and had the job completed to my satisfaction in no time at all. I have used the generator several times since then and haven't had any problems or issues with the system. I would highly recommend this company, and I have, to my friends & neighbors. read more

The bench charge was posted up in the corner on a dirty piece of paper. No one would look up there to see something. It should have been posted on my receipt so I would've seen it there. I keep my snowblower covered in the summer to keep it clean. What really bothered me was they had a snowblower farm out in the back of probably 75 snowblowers that were left uncovered to be rained on and left in the elements. That can't be good for any type of power equipment. It also took her many months to reply to my post so that's how much they care about looking to see what people think about them. read more

Was a customer for years. They have made big in the area and they know it. Had my snow blower serviced there last season only to have it returned with multiple problem. They didn't take the time to check their work. Unfortunately, I only discovered when I went to use it, and the engine wouldn't engage. In additional, they used the wrong bolts on the discharge chute which prevented it from turning. Took several weeks to get back, after many many calls. Basically got it back after the snow season was over. The service managers response after the second snow hit was "Guess you are going to be shoveling". He actually laughed when he said this. They used to be great, not anymore. Going to look elsewhere next year. read more

I have used this company for 10 years from purchasing equipment, equipment service and landscaping, about $20K in business overall. The customer service always left something to be desired but they used to get the job done. Recently they have been performing poorly on the equipment servicing i.e. overcharging and simply not fixing the equipment. Plus I had them do a major $5K landscaping project and I had to have it re-done by someone else. I dealt with not Pat and Chuck and they just don't seem to care...it's a shame...they grew and don't care about loyal customers...I will not be using them any longer....hopefully they work on understanding this since I have been seeing a good deal of bad reviews out there for them...don't use them...not worth it. read more

check out my previous review of keehn that i posted it in July. Someone from Keehn took five months to post a reply which wasn't truthful. they had a snowblower farm out back with at least 75 snowblowers sitting in the elements and rain for months. they have one little sign up in the corner way up high posted about service charges. it was pointed out to me when i wen t to pick up my blower and complained about being ripped off. it is not in a area where you can easily see it. it was never mentioned to me that there would be a service charge nor was it on their form they gave me. they wanted $400 dollars to fix a 9 year old snowblower. i bought a toro from Colinari brothers in east rutherford (google them) two weeks ago. i told them about keehn charging for an estimate and they said they do not charge for an estimate. they have been around for years and are not money-hungry like keehn. if keehn was fair, the service manager who took in my snow blower would have been upfront about the service charge and as a snowblower professional repairman, he could have also told me about the 9 year old snow blower not being worth repairing. i would have happily purchased a new honda snowblower from them. if you want to get ripped off and have your power equipment sitting in the rain for months, then keehn is the place to go. if you want to get charged for an estimate, run to keehn. if you want to be treated fairly, go to colinari brothers in east rutherford. nuff said read more
